The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Neighbors are great! Unit is warm and comfy and in good shape. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful! My pup loves it here too. Beautiful location!

I love that this complex is off the beaten path. Before moving into this complex, I'd driven past the sign for 17 years and never noticed it. Until I began surfing the internet for an apartment, I did not realize this complex existed. I have lived here for a year and a half and love it. Other than neighboring residents, there's no traffic passing the complex. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The area around the pool is very large. There are patio tables set up in a section that's convenient for a having a packed lunch without having to go all the way back to the apartment to eat and return back to the pool. So leave the towels on your lounge chairs, have your lunch, and go right back to sunning. There's also a pavilion attached to the complex office. Even this overlooks the pool. There's a sofa, table, chairs, fireplace... To the side and below is a conference/dinner table and chairs. The maintenance crew is very reliable and efficient. I can't say enough about this complex. I hope to live here for many years.

I've been living in these apartments since 2020 and i love this complex. Management and staff are very sweet and the maintence staff are quick with repairs. They keep up with the landscaping and they are quick with notifying us if and when they are cutting the water off or if there's a power outage they will send emails keeping you informed. Don't believe any of the negative reviews about this complex because those people must've been living somewhere else. The one and only negative thing i can think about these apartments is that it's located off 280 which is very heavily trafficked. If you dont mind the traffic then these are the apartments for you.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. 3 years of trouble and money wasted. Flooded twice and they offered no help, to even clean up the water. We paid for pest control yet we had bugs everywhere. We paid $100 after moving out because the paint was chipped in the bath tub which it always was. Very poorly built and management has terrible customer service. Management changed constantly through the 3 years we were there. Just don’t move here.

We've lived at Eagle Ridge for almost six years, so that alone probably says a lot. Definitely are far more positives than negatives. The office staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The maintenance here is top notch - maybe the best thing about living here. Anytime we've had an issue it usually gets resolved the day of the request. The grounds are usually kept nice, too. The complex itself and the apartments just have a nice, cozy feel to them and always feel safe. I also always felt the price of the apartments was pretty fair too considering the area and the cost of other apartments in the area. The place is also pet friendly, which is an added bonus. If I try look for negatives I feel like I'm being nitpicky. I mean, it's no different than living anywhere else. You'll have your occasional bad neighbors, appliances or utilities going out. I will say I've learned since these apartments are on top of a hill, there's some weird thing with how the water lines work, and they do have a lot of issues with them and have to repair several times during the year. Most of the time it is scheduled and you get a heads up but sometimes it's an emergency situation. That's really the only major issue I'd say they have, but I've also learned that's something out of their control, as well, and it's more of an inconvenience than anything.

I have absolutely loved living at Eagle Ridge. The office staff and maintenence team are attentive and resolve any issues promptly and comprehensively. The complex is clean and quiet, laundry is convieniently located in each building and affordable, and the property is well managed. I definitely recommend this complex!

Eagle Ridge is a great and serene place to live, especially close to 280.

we have lived at Eagle Ridge Apartments since 2010. Have recently moved into a 2 bedroom and love it, the entire staff are always friendly and very accommodating to every need and request. I often recommend Eagle Ridge to any of my friends looking for Apartment living.

Property is beautiful and well managed but rent I s extremely high and the fact that it is constantly raised makes it difficult to maintain residency

Andrew is a great manager. He really cares that you are happy with your apartment. Noel and Gwen are also helpful, and see that things are done in your apartment. It's clean here and a very nice place to live.

Everything addressed in timely manner except security light. Has been out over 8 months with multiple requests to be fixed.

Eagle Ridge is very homey. We've been here for two years now and I have always felt very safe. Maintenance is friendly and prompt, and the office staff is very friendly.

This property and the staff have been fantastic. We love our apartments and the location.

My apartment is fantastic. I have hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and an amazing view off the Ridge (building 300). The property is quiet and well lit. So far my experience has been very good.

Terrible apartments, with an even worse staff. There are constant problems with the apartment (leaks, clogs, etc), and the staff will try to blame it on you. Never seen ruder apartment managers. Notice that all of the positive reviews below were left within a week of each other in the same writing style.

My husband and I, always dreamed of owning our own home.......Until, we found our apartment. Words can't describe the view, cleanliness, friendliness, nor the atmosphere of it all. We can't beat the price, for the location, not to mention the school systems! All of this and more is why we are proud to call Eagle Ridge our HOME!

Eagle Ridge has been great for my wife and I! We recently just got married and this place is perfect for us. The location is one of our favorite features about them. Located off a main highway these apartments are perfectly set on top of a hill that over looks a beautiful Alabama valley. Conveniently located near everything you need shopping, grocery, restaurants, and parks this place is great! Our top floor apartment has vaulted ceilings and a real brick fire place our other favorite features. From pet friendly, pool parties, quiet neighbors, amazing sun rises and sunsets Eagle Ridge has got it all!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 1 year and have renewed for a second year. I really enjoy this complex. Everyone is quite and the neighborhood is peaceful. It is a great complex for those that like to relax. Almost every time I go to the pool, there is hardly any one out there (as opposed to most complexes where it is always packed.) I never see or hear my neighbors because they are so quite and everyone keeps to themselves. The office staff is amazing and very nice and understanding. Maintanence is quick. So far, I have not had any major issues other than a few loose doorknobs and a clogged sink. When we moved in, our apartment was updated with new carpet and fresh paint. The grounds are clean and pet friendly. Only complaint I have is that they decided to update the pool during the summer. Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone.
