I moved in two weeks ago and so far I've loved the community. It's been quiet and peaceful. The renovated apartment I got is the best value for the 700 sq ft apartments that were available in the area for my budget. The office staff has been warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the application and move-in process. This is the best location as well. Almost everything I need for errands is within a few miles. I'm looking forward to staying here for a few years.

I absolutely love living here at Duraleigh Woods!!! Every staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting have been wonderful. The leasing office Team are was friendly, knowledgeable and professional!!! The Maintenance Team is incredible!!! Always quick to responded to any service request and extremely professional!!! The apartment is so quiet, I do not hear anything from the outside at all. The grounds are kept so clean and the parking area is maintained as well. And I love the Valet Trash service!!! Such a plus to living here.

The landscapee used pile leaves and branches along back units along the side of the buildings. This is not a nice site when visitors or new perspectives renters. They leave the front units neat, but not the back units.

Duraleigh Woods is a good place to live for the location. The apartment layout is nice too. Amenities are adequate. The office seems to care, but they only seem to do the bare minimum and never go above and beyond for the tenants. Most people I talked to regret signing their lease here. I only picked this place because I lived a few states away and needed to find a place for my job. Theres a reason its the least expensive apartment complex this close to Crabtree.

I like the location but the the appearance or aesthetics of the apartment complex. We have valet trash with trash cans all over he complex. Makes no sense to me
