I have been a resident since 1985. I must say that I enjoy living in this community. I haven't had any major problems and enjoy the staff. They keep the community clean and presentable. The biggest issue I have is the rental increase I experience every year. The rent is going up $35 dollars and that's a lot. I feel that the residents that have been here for a while shouldn't have such a spike in our rent.
