Pros -Great amenities(dishwash,garbage disposalgarbage,Landry and trash room on Evey floor, pool) -cooling and heating units in each room -great storage/closet spaces Cons -the shower in the master bathroom is very small -kitchen is small -light fixture in dining room is low from the ceiling, watch your head

Likes-The complex is clean, small,and quiet. The units are a good size. The surrounding area is safe and quaint. Very close to public transportation. This complex is in a central location with easy/quick access to Center City, King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, City Avenue-you name it! Dislikes-management. With maintenance issues you have to wait and/or ask repeatedly for work requests to be completed. There is a new maintenance manager who is friendly , but is stretched too thin between this property and the other properties that the Galman Group at Henry run. Rent is high. Ideal if you have roomates.
