Working in downtown Chicago and wanting to live in the country close to family was a daunting challenge. Our apartment was the perfect solution. Located in the heart of downtown Geneva we have the location, luxury and short walk to the Metra for the short ride to the city. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, secure and affordable. Now we are within a stones throw to some of the best eateries, boutiques and the best kept secret in the Chicago suburbs. Add to that we can see the kids and grand kids whenever we want, it's perfect.

These apartments will enable you to check off everything on your list. The secure 2 story building offers spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens (and are pet friendly).However, we rarely use the kitchen with the endless choices of amazing restaurants located just below and along 3rd street. Many nights are spent enjoying a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the constant flow of diners, shoppers, and those wishing to exercise themselves and their pets with a walk down 3rd street or along the Fox River. With a two minute walk to the Metra, these apartments are a commuters dream!

Dodson Place Residential at 500 S. 3rd Street in Geneva, IL is a wonderful apartment community located in the heart of Geneva's cosmopolitan Historic District where you will find a wealth of wonderful eclectic shops, restaurants, coffee houses and ice cream shops - all within walking distance. It is also a stone's throw from the Geneva Metra Train station that provides service to downtown Chicago. The residents at Dodson Place are very friendly, personable and considerate and it's always a pleasure to engage them in conversation. And, equally important, the Dodson Management Team is second to none in terms of their pro-active support and maintenance of this apartment community. My apartment is in excellent condition and has all of the amenities that you come to expect with an up-scale residential community such as this including high-end appliances, washer & dryer, underground parking and storage bins for personal articles to name a few. The open floor plan layout and overall flow pattern is very pleasing and conducive to social gatherings. Truly a comfortable, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I am very pleased to be a resident at Dodson Place.

The Dodson apartments in Geneva are very spacious and in a great neighborhood. There are several restaurants, shops and a farmers market each Sunday through Oct. The apartments are close to the train which makes it very convenient to travel downtown Chicago. The apartment building is very clean and always looks great. The garage parking is well lit and easy to access. We love everything about it
