Apartment over all is great. Pretty quiet area and quiet neighbors. Maintenance staff is amazing and always addresses my concerns quickly. Managers and front of house staff is lacking. Only cares about communication if you are applying for an apartment but once you get in the commutation stops unless you literally beg for a response and bug them several times. Yet they treat you like you’re the one that is bothering them. Called about an issue a couple weeks ago, assured that I would get a response, never got one. They have such a high turn around rate with staff, no wonder they are desperate for people to move in due to the lack of residents. All these stars go towards the neighborhood and maintenance staff.

I think that Dixon is an enjoyable place to live! The neighbors that I have met have been personable and the location is great. The amenities are nice, as is the staff. The shower temperature fluctuates often, yet that is the only downfall. I recently renewed my lease for another year!

Maintenance needs improvement. It takes alot of time to be done. Sometimes it is closed without even doing anything and have to ask several times.
Moving in has been easy with the help of all the front office staff. The community seems very calm and peaceful. I am sure we will like living here

Very friendly, very efficient and very positive! Every service request was taken care of and completed the same day! Lots of dogs live here and they keep the grounds so clean! Trash is picked up almost daily! I’m very happy living here and would recommend living here!

Wish that the stairwell areas were kept up with better they are so dirty. But new management has been doing better and better since they took over. Maintenance still takes a while to get to things you have to call them 10 times to get everything done. And the walls are very thin but it’s been okay. As long as in the summer the giant parties at the pools are kept from happening that would be great!

So far I love everything my apartment is nice Miss Sarah helped me with everything and was so patient with me because it was a hassle on my end she made sure we got everything together she was a big help

The room is pretty dirty when we move, but neighbor is great! I hope they fix gates. Those have been unrepaired and kept opened. I saw some reviews mentioned about same problem.

Maintenance needs improvement. I have so many work orders submitted. Nothing happened and they were closed without fixing anything. Staff is not so friendly.

Good experience, but the maintenance is really not good, you have to ask many times for the service to send someone. The neighborhood is good and close to everywhere I need to go to.

Everything here is great except for the gates being constantly broken. I wish they would release updates on the gates the same way they send updates about the water being turned on or off.

I truly enjoy living at Dixon. Neighbors are friendly, yet not overbearing. A great change was made with the new office staff, as they are friendly and helpful. The location of the apartments is great. My only issue is with the water temperature fluctuations in the shower, as it will constantly change from cold to hot, not often staying at a comfortable temperature. However, that is a small price to pay for the other amenities. In all, living here is a good experience!

I love my apartment and the neighborhood! We moved in late August and it went very smoothly. We did notice our unit was missing a fireplace mantel, and that has not gotten put in yet. That is the only “complaint”!

I expected more from this apt community. My apt was not cleaned well. The blinds were not clean (dust and grime made them sandy to the touch), the storage area was full of leaves and blind slat was left there as well, the air conditioning had to be fixed first thing. Plus the cfi plug was tripped so the refrigerator was not on. I'm thinking that if there was anyone in charge of QC these deficiencies would have been found. When flushing the toilet it is very loud when tank is refilling. The landscaping beyond the patio is nothing but dirt and weeds..no grass, bushes or trees. So far I'm rather disappointed. I expected more from this complex.

Move in went smooth. There were some repairs that needed to be done like fixing the hot water and taking a hornet nest down. After a week with no hot water I just fixed it myself. Pretty quiet the train yard makes noise but it’s not crazy loud

Overall the Dixon is a nice place to live. But the staff takes weeks to respond to maintenance requests which is very inconvenient. If you don’t talk to someone at the front desk directly, your work order could be left pending indefinitely.

The community is okay and fairly quiet for the most part. They charge residents for a delivery service because the Amazon lockers were broken into, pools are closed more than open in the summer, access isn't controlled to the community because the gates are always open due to being broken, the cameras aren't functional, local people nonresidents come to use the pools as community pools, the gym is filthy all the time, the “free coffee” and pool table are only available during staffed hours, office staff NEVER respond to emails or voicemails, rarely answer the phone, the security officer same thing he doesn't answer calls or return them. Others have moved due to service tickets not being answered. The dog park is tiny and never has been updated in the three years I have been here, although it is supposed to be. They do not have resident events although they say that they do. The management needs to customer service training. The best thing about this community is where it is located.

Nice place to live, but in the last few months I feel as though the apartment complex is taking a small turn. The pool is always overcrowded with people having parties so there’s always trash left around, the gates are never closed anymore. Getting a work order done has been a challenge since we moved in. I truly love how close this complex is to everything. This place was very quiet and peaceful when we first moved here now not so much.

Good place to live in, but the maintenance takes too long to be done, the neighborhood is great and surrounded by everything you need and the best schools in fortworth ISD.

The community is quiet and clean. The gate has been broken for some time though. The new staff is very communicative and pleasant and issues are addressed in a timely manner. My kids and I feel safe being here.

I was having a really great experience until recently! The communication has been pretty terrible. They shut down the pool randomly and I’ve never been informed when it’s happening. This one machine in the workout room has been broken for about five months. They randomly changed their towing service and didn’t inform anyone. It’s been really messy recently.

I love living at the Dixon! This area so beautiful! I love having Overton Park nearby since I walk for exercise! The Dixon is close to many restaurants and several stores including Trader Joe’s and Central Market!

They lost our property for few months and staffs try to hide their mistake. Also the house was super dirty for example tons of hair, holes in walls, stains and foods when we move in.

The new management has been on top of it, previous management had let a lot slip through the cracks (maintenance/pest control) but since the new management has taken over it’s been a lot better!

The only hesitation I have with giving a full 5 star rating, is the long wait times and slow responses when it comes to repairs around the apartment. I have to open tickets multiple times or call in to get someone out for repairs or replacement items. Other than that, the amenities are well kept and nice, the staff is friendly, and it's a wonderful complex to live in.

Office staff is great. The only problem is our first day here there was a fight in the parking lot and ona separate occasion the cops were here. Also, our first night the AC won’t cool off the house but keeps running. Worried about my first electric bill!
