Property Ratings at District Lofts
Staff have been very friendly and helpful, timely in addressing concerns. Primary concerns have been about packages having issues being delivered due to building being locked. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. The common patio area is very nice place to relax. We also like the gym, although I wish there was a better pull-up bar.
Beautiful community within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. They are also building a new coffee shop ; which will be convenient.

Everything is good except the internet connection by AT&T. Once AT&T fixed the connectivility, however, Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable, usually a couple of times per day. This made me so frustrated. The rest of parts are fine for me.

Everything has been great so far. The apartment is very spacious and no noise even though I'm on the second floor. Amenities are great and staff is always helpful when needed

The atmosphere is great. The apartments themselves are large and priced great compared to places I looked at in the area. Besides being able to walk to everything, the community is great that I've seen so far

The management team is awesome! They are professional, easy to reach and exude genuine hospitality. The District Lofts location can’t be beat with walkable access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Community and apartment amenities are as amazing as they look online. The staff is extremely attentive from the manager to the maintenance staff. Since we are in a new building, all of the tenants moving in seem to go out of their way to be friendly and get to know each other. So far, we have had two lovely events hosted by the management... a Mexican buffet and a succulent planting party. I think this is going to be a very nice place to live.

Love it! By far the best place I have ever lived. So close to shopping, coffee shops, Trader Joes, my gym....and I can walk to them all!! The people here are all so nice and I is always super clean - I even see them vaccuming the stair wells weekly. SO CLEAN! Thank you District!!

Amazing, really attentive team. The facilities are immaculate and brand new. Christopher deserves a lot of praise for showing a lot of care. The apartment is new and we have only had a couple of very minor issues but they were resolved so quickly.

First of all, I love the scenery from my apartment through wide windows facing North and West. Second point, the location is very nice to access main cities such as Durham, Cary and Raleigh as well as it is very convenient for shopping due to shopping center like Target, Traders Joe Park West Village and other restaurants. Third point, there are so many shops and restaurants, it is very quiet and there are many greens (trees and turf). Fourth point, home appliances including ceiling lights are equipped so I can stay without problem from first day (move-in date) of my apartment.
