The management and staff are always helpful and responsive, providing excellent service to residents. The apartments have a high standard of finish, and the amenities are great, making it a very comfortable and pleasant place to live.

I had some issues with my apartment but they got resolved. Move in was smooth and the staff is helpful over here in the dey and Bergen. People are nice as well

Good apartment and ambiance, Swimming pool and outdoor barbecue is enjoyable with friends and family. Party hall is good clean and mist appealing. Good vibes and safe place to live.

I’m new to the building but so far the reviews online didn’t lie. Phenomenal place to live. My dog and I are very happy here and the staff have been helpful and responsive.

The apartment community is situated close to mass transit & the shuttle service to & from the PATH station to NYC/EWR are highly recommended especially during inclement weather. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The common areas are always kept clean & inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful & safe.

It’s been great so far! The leasing office has been super helpful and it was easy to go through the leasing process and move in. We look forward to living here!

I love it so far. I’ve been here since 2023. Everyone is friendly. Love the community that is here. I enjoy all of the amenities. Also, I never have any issues with my packages.

The staff and the maintenance crew are amazing, always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of fun activities planned for residents and food trucks available around the building as well. Building is maintained very well with routine maintenance checks, and I haven't had any issues with noises from neighbors or from amenity spaces. Overall would recommend for future residents lookin for apartment in Harrison!

I love the amenities and events the building has. The front reception is always so welcoming and polite. Its really easy to get things like groceries delivered to the door.

So far my move-in process has been wonderful! The team has been helpful in answering my questions and helping me get set up. I’m in love with my new home!

Dey and Bergen has been a breath of fresh air. We spent 2.5 years at a poorly maintained building in Jersey City and can’t rave enough about how much our quality of life has improved since moving in to D&B 2 years ago. The apartment is beautiful and the area is serene. Close enough to grocery and shops to not feel isolated but far enough away to enjoy a quiet neighborhood.

Dey and Bergen has been a wonderful change from the city! The building is very clean, beautifully decorated, and I love the outdoor spaces. It is very quiet, and the area is very safe and walkable. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet and comfortable environment, I recommend!

I enjoy living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The new management is very responsive. But front desk staff should be more focused on who’s coming in and out of the building.

Pleased with the experience overall. My favorite things about Dey & Bergen are the really nice amenities (love the lounges and game room), helpful receptionists who always smile and greet people, and the maintenance staff who are super quick to address the requests and gets the job done. Some things I’d like to see more of are more resident events, food trucks with more variety/cuisine, and shuttle service to PATH at night and on weekends. The PATH station is walkable but at night some alleys are not well lit so felt unsafe when walking alone at night and needed some getting used to.

During my stay at this property, I had a generally positive experience, though there were a few aspects worth mentioning. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed about the facilities and amenities, which left a very good first impression.

Everyday when I am going to work I always happy to see and say hi to doorman(william), he is a very fun and gentle person, always care about the resident live in this building.

The building is so nice, it’s always clean and the people here are very kind. The concierge is always so helpful and so are the leasing agents. I love the layout of my unit and the amenities

The apartment complex is situated in a peaceful, well-kept neighborhood. While there are no major concerns or complaints about the complex itself, it's worth noting that the sound of footsteps from the neighbors above can be quite audible at times. This may be a consideration for those sensitive to noise, as it can occasionally be disruptive.

My family and I have enjoyed our time at Dey & Bergen over the past 3 years. It is truly a nice and peaceful place to live, especially if you have young children like ourselves.

Beautiful units, amazing amenities, great staff and great neighbors. Been here two years and can't recommend it enough. We are a family of 4 and its a perfect starter building for a young family.

Wouldn’t recommend. For what you’ll pay in rent, you can most definitely find someplace better to live with better management. Every time I look someone is moving out and I’ll be leaving soon God’s will! If you can get a special rate move in, if not look elsewhere. The building isn’t bad but management is the pits

Move in was very smooth and the leasing staff, maintenance, and front desk were all very helpful! The apartment itself is great, I am by the garage but cannot hear any noise. All the amenities are great as well

Honestly as much as I’m grateful for the type of apartment I have, so much more can be done. The noise above me really ruins the experience and the messy neighbors.

I love how clean and new everything smells and feels. it seems as though the policies are a little misleading just with the move-in times as we thought we were going to only have one hour, but the desk was very helpful with that. Other than that everything has been great

I would like living here but my experience has been entirely ruined by my hellish upstairs neighbors. The floors are thin, I hear them walking around all the time. Walking is not the problem though. They create so much noise for hours at a time, every single day (no exaggeration, literally hours every day), that it shakes my entire apartment. We had an earthquake here not too long ago and I have gotten so used to the apartment shaking from the upstairs neighbors that my brain immediately associated the shaking from them. I have complained to the building staff for a year at this point and they say they call and and email the neighbors asking them to be mindful of the noise and absolutely nothing has changed. At this point, my emails seem to be getting ignored more often than not. I can't keep living like this. I am so excited for the day I can move out.

Dey & Bergen is a nice place to live. The building is aesthetically pleasing and always well-kept by the wonderful cleaning staff. The front desk staff are great too, especially “Bestie”, Wil and Cheryl. Everyone is pretty much in their own little world, yet cordial. We recently renewed our lease for a third time, which is a testament to our positive experience at Dey & Bergen thus far.

Dey and Bergen has an awesome community featuring brand new amenities and excellent staff that was super helpful during our move in. My wife and I are extremely happy to living here and to call this place our home!

The staff and residents here are very friendly and helpful! The units are very clean and the maintenance upkeep is on par to my expectations. This is my first apartment in NJ and I toured different complexes in many different surrounding areas. Compared to other units the price you pay here is worth not just the apartment itself, but also the surrounding area. Everything is nearby and if you have to take transport/drive anywhere it's not much of a commute time.

I do love this apartment building, very securied and safe! All doorman are nice and friendly. They made me like we know each other for years! My neighbor are super fun and nice as well, I do love play with their dogs and cats and chat with them during the summer time. The building has so many activities as well…. I love it!

Amenities and unit appliances are great. Maintenance response is timely. The reason for the 3 stars is that management takes forever to resolve issues and is really hard to get a hold of via email. We have had issues with noise for the past year from the unit above us, and the constant thuds and stomps are a huge pain point.

Great amenities, new building, close to path into NYC. Harrison is overall safe and pretty up and coming! The studio is spacious for 1 person.

I have not fully moved in to Dey & Bergen yet, but so far it has been really nice and I have felt very welcomed. They even gave a little welcome bag for your pet.

Everything is perfect. Nice Neighbor and nice agents they are always so helpful and warm. I will choose to live here for a long time for its safety and convenience

My wife and I have been living in Dey and Bergen since it’s been built. The community, staff and apartments are great! A plus is the extra events Dey and Bergen plans.

Amenities are always clean and I see cleaners all the time, even on the weekends! Variety of equipment in the gym and plenty of space for studying, lounging, and relaxing throughout the building. Outdoor area is also very well maintained. Overall feel safe to live at Dey and Bergen!

I lived in 5th floor, the building is nice, leasing office people are very nice and help me a lot. Brian and Alex are super nice PPL. the building is super very quiet and I am looking forwards to meet new friends.

We live in one studio and is perfect and enough for two people. We have easy access to the path station and the neighborhood is really nice and safe!
