Coming up on my the third year and still love living at Destination Spring Valley. I feel safe in my gated community and I like my neighbors and the staff.
It has been a blessing living here. The staff is staff is very helpful, and polite.The activities coordinator makes sure that we have fun things to do and places to go.I really enjoy living here.

Destination Spring Valley has been a God Sent for us! We have met many wonderful people young & matured. The activities set up has been enjoyable and fun. Cleaning around the building, "some times, every time they cut the trees or the wind blows all the divres, I have to ask the office to please clean up, takes for ever to the maintenance guys to do it. makes me feel like I live in the projects. The swimming pool is not working for almost two months. every time I ask, "we are working on it", really what a joke. the rent is higher and of course we pay on time, we should be getting a discount for not being able to use the amenities, is summer time.

Maintenance answers calls quickly which is important. Everyone is friendly. There are lots of activities on and off our community site. I enjoy the variety of exercises, community brunch and dinner, transportation with lift on shuttle and visit s to other destinations for events.

I love this complex. This is my first experience at a 55 community but I love the many activities even though I haven’t participated. The leasing staff is awesome and maintenance response is very good.

Local management, grounds, and maintenance staff excellent. All personnel are excellent and keep up property during trying financial times. Dealings with corporate can be difficult. In general a good place to live. Many good, solid tenants from all backgrounds. Easy to fit in and feel at home.

I have been here for almost 2 years and I expect to be signing my next lease in the next maybe 7 to 9 months. I think for almost 2 years My opinion should count for something. in my opinion, if you are looking for a peaceful well kept independent senior community with all amenities and services you could ask for, Destination Spring Valley is the place to be! This is my first senior community I've ever lived in and it took me awhile to get used to. I have a few mobility health issues that I didn't know I had before I got here and these Amenities are here when I want to use them, and if I don't; I don't have to. that's fine too' I like that Fracine, My manager is very sweet, kind and understanding she will go out of her way to help. The entire staff are very kind, professional and does their jobs with compassion! I would not trade any one of them for anything . I've even like all the maintenance people that I've come in contact with. the whole staff is just wonderful I hope I don't have to move for any reasons! "I'm settled now. I've got good neighbors and they are quiet nice and considerate. What else could another Person of a certain age want? "Nope" I'll stay right where I am!!
