I love this place, safe and quiet. Never had an issue, great place to live. My neighbors are nice and quiet. People at the office are always helpful and nice. I have always felt safe around this complex.

my car got stolen. and the office was no help. car parts and packages have also been stolen. and no matter how much bug spray you use you will have spiders.

I have lived here for about 6 yrs now & it’s very peaceful. Sometimes there are maintenance issues that take longer than normal & sometimes there is a lack in communication. Other than that. All is well & comfortable.

So far I LOVE it here. At first I was a little alarmed by the size but it’s the perfect size for my family. There’s been no violence the office staff is sweet maintenance comes quickly. There were a few little pests but they were quickly gotten under control . Paying rent is super easy.

Move in was easy. Apartment looked great new carpet, new vinyl, fresh paint. The community is quiet, so far. The only complaint is the parking is not assigned so sometimes parking is not a close walk.

Well maintained community especially since the flooding of early September. Apartment maintenance was somewhat slow but has improved considerably. Somewhat noisy at times especially by extremely loud vehicles and continued parking in No Parking spaces.

Living here at Desert Ridge has been great. The staff is nice & they are so understanding. They always have so many activities for the residents mainly for the kids. They also give back to there residents as well

Since the new company took over, there have been some vast improvements. Maintenance actually responds to requests in a timely manner and gets it completed as quickly as possible. It’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the office. I am irritated that my rent keeps going up but the two pools that are available haven’t been open in at least 3 years that I know of. The “fitness center” is only open during office hours but yet I was given a useless key for it. And of course the hours that the office is open are the same hours that I work. So I have to pay for a separate gym membership even though I’m paying for all these so-called amenities. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone unless you don’t care about those things.

I like the apartments because everyone is very friendly in this community. Also this place have friendly animals .but some of Exercise Equipment doesn’t work other then that is a nice place to live at

Apartment is good, very good location. Parking is usually pretty easy. Pool looks nice, but at this point I think it just "for decoration only", been here over a year and it has never been opened. Fitness center looks good good, but its only open during business hours so that could be an issue for anyone not working from home. Overall...been a great experience, maintenance and office staff are top notch. If i actually could use the amenities they charge you the fee for, this would be a 5 star review.

Move in was easy. Office staff is friendly. Maintenance comes quickly. I have lived here for a few months now and haven't had any problems. Everyone that I have met here so far is nice and it is quite.

getting approved was so quick. i needed to find a place for my 5 month old and I and they approved me right away which was great. when i got here for my move in day the lady in the front had helped me feel so welcomed and broke down everything about the area and apartment. overall everything about it was great , been here 4 months now and everything is still going great

I find living at Desert Ridge Apartments a nice experience, I love my neighbors and my surroundings.Maintenance repairs are always complete with no issues and the leasing office staff is very proficient.

i love the apartment! it’s just a few outside cosmetics like the landscaping that i would like to be fixed but they are working on it . i think it was due to the recent flooding in las vegas

Getting my lease together and signed was easy enough, but maintenance leaves something to be desired. I don't know if it is their standard that is lacking or if mine is just much higher. It is a quite apartment complex which is very nice.

having staying here for a year now and going on our 2nd year. Its been quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly. lots of parking spots covered or non covered and safe to leave your vehicles. No one plays loud music and a lot of circulating air since our area is windy most of the time since its close to the mountains. The maintenance crew are all friendly and very responsive to maintenance requests. So as the office people are very easy to approach and friendly. I wish all rental places in the past are like this friendly, that's why we have renewed our lease.

Being a resident at desert ridge apartments coming on 2 years now has been pretty good. I do not mind living here as it is well taken care of and maintenance has been on top of every issue I’ve had and I don’t have many. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of the price as it is a little too high in my opinion.

The apartment is good, they have a great view. The kids are happy to leave here. And they have to get service for the meanest. The neighborhood is really quiet. And friendly.

It sucks that I have been here a little over a week an so much has gone wrong my ac leaked twice my dishwasher leaked twice an my garage disposal has broke twice I'm now waiting for someone to come fix my disposal yet again an my dishwasher now stinks from it as well.. I had a great experience in the beginning with the leasing office but this apartment wasn't maintenance correctly. SMH and I put orders in an wait. Yay..

Neighborhood is nice, the staff is amazing. Sort of like a little oasis out here! A bit of a drive to the fun stuff but a really nice area in general. Definitely wish the pool was open though!
