Satisfied renter - Glenda is the best
I recebtly called and inquired about all details concerning a 1 bedroom apartment - Glenda broke everything down , showed and explained in detail what I was getting myself into - She took the time to make me feel comfortable, she had a positive outlook no matter how much of an attitude I was giving - this is a stressful time in my life but Glenda made it that much easier for me - Thank you Del Corazon, And Glebda for everything ! Don't waste your time
I contacted their office and will never rent from them. The location and neighborhood is ransacked with gangs. You think that's bad? Management is horrific. They are very unpleasant to talk to and don't know much about their own community. I will never invest my time or money.

Rude
Glenda the "manage" was very rude. All she cares about is the money coming in obviously

Unprofessional
The manager name Glenda told me that if I was denied from moving I would get my deposit of 150 back. When I came back for my money because I did get denied she laugh and refuse to give me my money which she had already said she would. I called her manager and she is just like her after three weeks i haven't heard from her manager which name is Yanel.

Professional and Courteous management when applying ....
I was treated with the respect and last week as I I stopped by to get information about the brand new complex being built. They went over all the documents I need along with providing me the application and answering all my questions. Very refreshing to feel welcome and appreciated by apartment management staff.......Im very excited at the possibilities of renting a new APT. and a fresh start ! steveng.
