The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Dakota Station
I been a Resident at Dakota Station for a little over 2 years now. I truly say me and my family have been extremely happy with what Dakota station has provided us all with. Positive attitudes all the way around in this place especially management every time we ask for something we need fixing on or a question about modifying things in our apartment Mary the manager is always very very helpful connects us with the right maintenance guy or gal and are always getting the job we ask for done. The attitude and friendliness at the Dakota station is amazing. I could honestly say Dakota station is the best apartment place anyone could live at. A big Thank you To Mary and her team thank you guys all for everything you guys do for this great community we have here at Dakota station. 10/10
Loud, dirty, and overpriced! They’ll try and get every dime they can out of you and on top of that the cops are always showing up and you can’t open your windows because of all the marijuana smoke.
I live across the way in the Grand Market Square building so I have a fantastic view of the Twin Cities' skyline and Dakota Station from my living room. The police station is about .5 mile ul the road but they may as well set up a satellite station at Dakota Station. The cops are constantly there. Constantly. At least 2x/week.
I was so tired of my drab boring apartment in st.paul I was brought to dakota station and wow these apartments are so homey. I love it, the maintance staff is quick and respectfull to to repairs, the office ladies are awesome and friendly. The police are never here like at my old apartments. It is a very nice community here and close to everything I need. Check it out, like I did
