Alexa at the leasing office has been helping me throughout the entire signing process and even gave me the tour that made me apply for these apartments the same night. The complex is so beyond clean and well-kept for it being a majority of college students living there. The closets are spacious which was super important when finding the right apartment, and there is so much storage in every room. I can't wait to move in.

I love it here! Its pricey but worth it! I enjoy all the ammentnies such as the business center and the pool and the gym. Its pretty clean for the most part when you move in. The rooms are tiny though!

Pretty quiet neighborhood and staff is very nice and helpful. It is a little expensive for a small space, but overall a great place to live. I love that it has a gate.

Overall it has been a good experience and decent student apartments with very nice staff; however move in was not pretty. The apartment was filthy. Dog and Cat food was spilled on the back patio everywhere, couch was covered in dog hair. I quickly brought up these issues and was able to get services to help clean and make repairs.

So far good, Maintenace works fast, but the fact that a lot of maintenance is needed, takes away a star. Alot of things were dirty, I have no way in cleaning my outdoor patio right now that has spiders and wssps nest but At least I can mop the tiles inside. Gym should be open 24/7 in my opinion but closes early and opens late-ish. the pool is pretty though.

Moving into Dakota Ranch has been a smooth and enjoyable experience. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I had everything I needed. The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds that create a pleasant environment to come home to. My apartment was in excellent condition upon arrival, and any minor issues were quickly addressed by the maintenance team. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are a great bonus, adding to the overall appeal of the place. The community feels friendly and safe, with neighbors who are respectful and courteous. Everything’s great so far. Furniture is nicer than expected. Lots of open space and table tops. Spacious bedrooms aswell. Bathrooms and walk in closets are great.

Life here is great. I really enjoy all of the amenities that they offer here as well as the hiking trail that they have inside of the apartment complex that you can go hike.

Love the list of amenities provided and the covered bus stop. I really feel that the price is worth the experience and everything. Move in has been made really easy so far. The only thing i would change/wish could be added was elevators in each building! Im living on the third floor so moving in will be a bit of a challenge since I chose the unfurnished option.

So far after moving into my apartment, the experience has been great! It’s nice and spacious , and it was cleaned just in time. There was a couple hick ups with furniture there, but the staff seemed nice on getting a resolution for me! The only bad experience I have is outside of my apartment. Building 3 has a lot of wasps nests that made moving my belongings kind of difficult. Due to trying to not get stung, but outside of that, I love the one bedroom apartment and design.

I love the small private environment at Dakota ranch. The amenities are great and I love going for walks on the trail. Only complaint is the lights on the sides of the buildings that flash and have been broken for months.

Neighbors are loud and allow their friends to park in reserved parking spots, but the staff are all kind and always helpful. Gym is great, office is very nice looking. I love the apartment that I live in because I have my own bathroom. It's the perfect size for me and I've had no serious issues since I've moved in.

Love this place. I have lived here for total of three years and never had any major complaints. Only thing I could pick on is the WiFi connection. I have trouble with the strength/connection at times, but nothing too inconvenient.

Pros: On bus line to Texas State, pool, dog park, proximity to nice hiking trail. Clean, quiet Office staff is very friendly Advice: We were not told until a week before move-in that we had a specific "move-in time" during the hottest part of the day in August - however, an office staff member told us we could come earlier. We also were not receiving mail - if you want to get mail you need to write your name on the slip of paper on the inside of your mailbox. A staff member informed me when I asked, but we were not told this upon move-in. Cons: A regular (non-upgraded) unit might have appliance issues - the handle on our microwave was broken (this was replaced) and the drier room was COATED in lint because the drier duct was completely unattached (fixed ourselves) - it takes several cycles to actually dry clothes. The bathtubs have divots which hold standing water. Maintenance won't come the first month or so due to new tenants making several requests at once, unless urgent.

Everything is great except for the initial cleanliness of the apartment, the occasional bug and sometimes maintenance takes a while. There was also a fee to be on the third floor even though I never asked to be on the third floor.

I paid my first bills a month before move in, and the wifi I paid for didn’t work for the first 3 weeks. I had to call the Philippines daily to resolve the issue. The pool is unkempt, and only one of the 2 grills is usable (missing parts). The fitness center is laughable (220lbs/100kg leg press maximum) and only half of it is open 24/7. I’ve ordered 3 or 4 packages and already lost one, making me question their methods. The faucets were still taped from painting and the washer drain line wasn’t installed and thus flooded. We are very careful about not leaving food out/taking trashes and had roaches/ants/silverfish within the first week. There are also numerous dead and dying trees on the property that drop limbs, including one over the pool. Speaking of which, the pool is not cleaned enough and has missing/cracked tiles. The grills over there are in an abhorrent condition, with one missing the literal metal grill the food goes on.

Hello Chase! We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you are unhappy with our amentites. Although we had been short staffed so keeping up with the pool daily had become an issue we are now fully staffed and plan to do better at the upkeep. We are aware that we need the grills replaced and are working on replacing very soon. The gym is open 24/7 both indoor and outdoor gym. You must utilize the indoor from the door by pool area and the outdoor gym must be entered from the front of the clubhouse. Unfortunately due to theft we do not keep the door between the two open after office hours. I have been a resident for over a year know and I love it here ! It’s so quiet and everyone is so nice ! I love the hiking trails that are connected to the property!

The experience has been nice so far, we have gotten maintenance very quickly to help Andy issues. All around good place and enjoyable amenities.

So far all is great. Although I have been waiting for work-orders to be complete since move in. I opted for the furnished apartment option and my only complaint is that the sofa’s are dirty and need to be deep cleaned.

So far it’s been great. Love the place and the cozy feel it has. It’s a quiet neighborhood which I like a lot. Management has been extremely helpful too

I've always had great experience. The employees have always been very helpful with whatever I have questions. The amenities are great, especially the gym. I am very happy being a Dakota Ranch resident.

I love living here. The property is well maintained, the employees are always nice and helpful. I LOVE the hammocks (when it's not too hot outside). Maintenance is always a phone call away and responds within a timely manner.
