“Great location” doesn’t do this lively neighborhood justice. South Lake Union resides in a pristine location on the shore of Lake Union to the north and off the coast of Elliot Bay to the west. Situated just two miles from downtown Seattle, South Lake Union offers beautiful bayside and lakeside views, a scenic cityscape, and access to everything Seattle has to offer.

Nestled directly east of the Space Needle, Seattle Children’s Museum, Museum of Pop Culture, Memorial Stadium and more, this neighborhood is bikeable and walkable to some of Seattle’s greatest attractions. We had a great 8 years (yes eight years as we liked the place that much) at the building and we had amazing support all the time. Rory was fantastic helping us navigate the move out process and before him amazing support from Michael and before him Samuel all great people. I have been living in the mResidences community from last 3 years and have experienced the improvements in the community with the new team. Apart from sound of the construction from nearby building, pretty much every aspect of living here is convenient

Great place, great staff!

Just moved in a few weeks ago and I love this place! The studio is just right for me, the common areas are a great plus, and the location is perfect. Most of all I have appreciated the staff. Everyone I have communicated with has been a great help, and I have to give a call out to Mike for dealing with/helping when I had some move in packages/big boxes delivered while I was out of town. Thank you so much Mike!
