Cumberland is a charming city in northeast Rhode Island. The city’s historical significance runs deep and is remembered today through the Monastery, a historical home for monks in the 19th century. This unique property resides on about 481 acres and now houses the Cumberland Public Library. Recreational trails were developed by the monks at the Monastery, known as the Nine Men’s Misery. Parks, ponds, and reservoirs are plentiful in the area, and more nature trails are available to the public, such as Diamond Hill Park Trail. Local pizza restaurants are abundant in the community, as well as a good variety of other cuisines like Angelo’s Palace Pizza and Davenport’s on Mendon Road. Great community and maintenance team is really great! Nice clean grounds. Decent amenities, convenient location and reasonable rent. I would like them to put in electric car chargers though
Just moved in a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it. Love the amenities. Its really quiet. Everyone has been amazing. The move in process was very smooth. Its everything we wanted and needed. Management had been wonderful to us.
It is a great apartment complex. The apartment is always clean and it is good place to take walks.The elliptical machine in gym may be fixed or gym may be expanded.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The place is well-maintained, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The management team is very professional and quick to respond to any maintenance requests
Just moved in and love the entire experience so far staff has been so helpful and the place was in great condition when we left even the minor things we needed fixed it gets resolved right away
I moved to Cumberland Crossing after I Sold my Town House over 5 years ago and loved living here since I moved in. The layout is perfect for person…very comfortable, convenient, and easy to maintain.
We have had a great time living here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance team does a fantastic job, and the complex is quiet and peaceful, with the surrounding area providing many places to shop and eat, as well as easy access to the highway.
I have a good experience living here for a long time now, spacious parking lot, good ambiance and neighbourhood. Maintenance team do quite a good job to resolve complaints. Clean and secure. Overall good experience living here.

Moved in a week ago so far everything is good. Staff is very welcoming. Neighbors are very diverse and friendly love it. Neighborhood has a lot of diversity when it comes to shopping and food which is a plus for me.

I recently moved into my new condo and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The unit itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, which makes it feel instantly welcoming and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the building is quiet and peaceful, allowing me to truly relax at home. One of the highlights has been the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear that they take pride in making residents feel supported, which adds a sense of community and reassurance. The neighbourhood is another strong point. It’s very clean and well-kept, with a refreshing country vibe that makes it feel calm and open, yet it still has the conveniences you’d hope for nearby. The community is pleasant—peaceful and quiet. However, the pool is far from relaxing due to the number of kids. I was promised a child-free environment before I moved in, which was a key factor in my decision to come here. Unfortunately, Merideth, the manager, misled me not only about this but about several other things as well. I traveled 1,600 miles and relied on her word to choose a place without seeing it first. It feels like there are no values or morals involved; she was just focused on making a sale and locking me in. Now, I can’t even enjoy a peaceful time by the pool, and I’m stuck paying a hefty amount for a disappointing experience.
The process was quick and easy. Any questions were answered quickly. Needing to get out of my previous house happened so fast with Merideth's help.
Been here for almost one month and the community has been great so far. The good. Mx is great, lots of moving in pains that got fixed immediately. Pool is lovely The bad. AC units are loud and it’s piped thru the BR so when upstairs has the ac on you can hear it in the BR.
Safe & peaceful community. Reachable to all major places in quick time. For a quick grab if snack and provisions there are nearby walkable distance shops available.
Nice community. Spacious parking. Play area, pool, gym, greenery. Shopping options close by. Immediate assistance by management for any complaints.
Overall we love the experience of living here. Good neighbourhood, amenity, well maintained and spacious. Some people drive very rash within the community, trash pickup is sometimes not done properly.

So happy I sold my home and moved to Cumberland Crossing. Beautiful apartment, beautiful grounds, maintenance personnel are fantastic and friendly and the office staff is not only on top of everything but they treat me with kindness, respect and listen to my concerns and suggestions. Functional, well-maintained amenities: gym, swimming pool, , clubhouse , dog park, etc. user-friendly resident portal for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and receiving updates. Proactive communication about building issues, community events.
Just moved in and it’s been a great experience so far. Everyone is so friendly. My kids love the playground and the small dog park across the parking lot is great for my dog to be off leash for a little bit!

Nice community for family. Well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Kids friendly. Accessible to shops, highway, schools, hospitals etc. Rent is slightly on the higher side.

I just renewed my lease for 14 months. I am happy to call this place home. I have no complaints about the accommodations, property, management or neighbors (hopefully my kids and I haven't driven the neighbors nuts) but I'm looking forward to continuing to live here.

I have had an all around positive experience here so far. The maintenance team are helpful and quick to respond. The facilities are adequate and the noise is relatively low most of the time. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and easy access to the highway

Regret that trees have been removed and new construction. Decision to renew lease is to be carefully considered though high rate of rent is a factor.
A good place to stay with family specially with kids and a good neighborhood.. A mantainence is also good and timely.. and a good connectivity with highways..
It’s quiet! I love to see the fur babies out and about with their families! It’s so nice to see a community so welcoming to dogs! Our esa is sometimes barky, but she is just getting acclimated to new surroundings!
It is really a beautiful place, excited to start a new life in a new home The ambience the surrounding is si peaceful. I hope it will be really nice experience staying there .
So far everyone is friendly, the area is nice and quiet. Close to food, shopping, supermarkets and many more. My only con I'm not a huge fan of the trash valet service, walking in to trash laying around while going into my apartment.

Living here has been great! It is very clean and noise is mostly muffled, you can’t get around all noise living in a community anywhere. The appliances and features work perfectly and my dog loves it here.

I am a resident at Cumberland Crossing since September 2021. After moving in I noticed something wrong regarding the tub in my one bath apartment. While showering the tub moved back and forth with my movement. I reported the problem to one of the office personnel. While sympathetic with my problem offered no solution. I gingerly and cautiously showered each day concerned about falling. Sometime in 2024 my garbage disposal failed. To report the problem, I met a newly employed rental agent Meridith Dionne who seemed interested is solving my garbage disposal problem. Within a couple of hours Keith arrived and replaced the worn garbage disposal. I mentioned the tub problem to Keith and he suggested I speak with the Merideth. Later, I spoke to Merideth about the tub issue. She offered to investigate and let me know of a possible solution. Within a day Merideth called me with a plan, to schedule an outside workman, to address the tub problem. Within a week the workman arrived and opened the plaster wall and provided a shim system of wood support and injection of foam material, when cured and hardened, is intended to firm and support the tub. Thank you, Meridith for addressing this serious issue. Recently a piece metal in the toilet flush mechanism failed. At 8:30 AM, I alerted Meridith of the failed toilet flush. At 11:00 AM the toilet had been repaired. Thank you, Merideth for timely attending to this very important problem. Cumberland Crossing is fortunate to have, Merideth Dionne, a dedicated, conscientious, capable office manager and rental agent representing them.
