Cumberland is a charming city in northeast Rhode Island. The city’s historical significance runs deep and is remembered today through the Monastery, a historical home for monks in the 19th century. This unique property resides on about 481 acres and now houses the Cumberland Public Library. Recreational trails were developed by the monks at the Monastery, known as the Nine Men’s Misery. Parks, ponds, and reservoirs are plentiful in the area, and more nature trails are available to the public, such as Diamond Hill Park Trail. Local pizza restaurants are abundant in the community, as well as a good variety of other cuisines like Angelo’s Palace Pizza and Davenport’s on Mendon Road. This family-friendly city is zoned into Cumberland Schools with a great variety of public schools for the residential youth.

Just moved in and it’s been a great experience so far. Everyone is so friendly. My kids love the playground and the small dog park across the parking lot is great for my dog to be off leash for a little bit!
It's a nice community, with spacious, high-ceiling rooms and a quick response from the leasing team on any issues/complaints. It would have been nice if they had provided a microwave as well.

Nice community for family. Well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Kids friendly. Accessible to shops, highway, schools, hospitals etc. Rent is slightly on the higher side.

Community experience overall is good but these days facing lot of issues like people are smoking within apartments and no action taken, dog poop found outside no action taken.

I just renewed my lease for 14 months. I am happy to call this place home. I have no complaints about the accommodations, property, management or neighbors (hopefully my kids and I haven't driven the neighbors nuts) but I'm looking forward to continuing to live here.

I have had an all around positive experience here so far. The maintenance team are helpful and quick to respond. The facilities are adequate and the noise is relatively low most of the time. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and easy access to the highway

Regret that trees have been removed and new construction. Decision to renew lease is to be carefully considered though high rate of rent is a factor.
A good place to stay with family specially with kids and a good neighborhood.. A mantainence is also good and timely.. and a good connectivity with highways..
It’s quiet! I love to see the fur babies out and about with their families! It’s so nice to see a community so welcoming to dogs! Our esa is sometimes barky, but she is just getting acclimated to new surroundings!
It is really a beautiful place, excited to start a new life in a new home The ambience the surrounding is si peaceful. I hope it will be really nice experience staying there .
So far everyone is friendly, the area is nice and quiet. Close to food, shopping, supermarkets and many more. My only con I'm not a huge fan of the trash valet service, walking in to trash laying around while going into my apartment.

Living here has been great! It is very clean and noise is mostly muffled, you can’t get around all noise living in a community anywhere. The appliances and features work perfectly and my dog loves it here.
Would definitely recommend! Beautiful pet friendly community! From our first inquiry and tour to the move in day the process was extremely smooth.

I am a resident at Cumberland Crossing since September 2021. After moving in I noticed something wrong regarding the tub in my one bath apartment. While showering the tub moved back and forth with my movement. I reported the problem to one of the office personnel. While sympathetic with my problem offered no solution. I gingerly and cautiously showered each day concerned about falling. Sometime in 2024 my garbage disposal failed. To report the problem, I met a newly employed rental agent Meridith Dionne who seemed interested is solving my garbage disposal problem. Within a couple of hours Keith arrived and replaced the worn garbage disposal. I mentioned the tub problem to Keith and he suggested I speak with the Merideth. Later, I spoke to Merideth about the tub issue. She offered to investigate and let me know of a possible solution. Within a day Merideth called me with a plan, to schedule an outside workman, to address the tub problem. Within a week the workman arrived and opened the plaster wall and provided a shim system of wood support and injection of foam material, when cured and hardened, is intended to firm and support the tub. Thank you, Meridith for addressing this serious issue. Recently a piece metal in the toilet flush mechanism failed. At 8:30 AM, I alerted Meridith of the failed toilet flush. At 11:00 AM the toilet had been repaired. Thank you, Merideth for timely attending to this very important problem. Cumberland Crossing is fortunate to have, Merideth Dionne, a dedicated, conscientious, capable office manager and rental agent representing them.

After 6 months as a tenant, very happy with apartment, location, services and amenities. Have had very few maintenance needs and they are attended to quickly and fully, office staff are helpful and friendly and really enjoy living here. Friendly neighbors as well.

It feels more like home. I have no complaints. The rent is stable, and the neighborhood is safe. Definitely taking a bit to get used to the chilly New England weather but we'll get there. Love to call this home.

I like turtles! I enjoy going for walks around the complex. Looking at cool cars around here... 1 has an old buMustang! I really appreciate the lovely trees and patches of woods. It really adds to the beauty as well as theshade here in the complex.

Nice place to live and very good apartments. Nice neighborhood and kids friendly neighborhood. This apartment is very close to grocery stores and other shopping centers
I would never recommend living here. The price and quality do not match up and the amount of times the management has changed in our short time here is ridiculous.
We recently moved in. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Lauren has been wonderful and made us feel confident with our decision. We look forward to our continued residency.

We are leaving here for quite a sometime now, love the neighborhood, amenities and spacious parking lot. Maintenance is pretty good. But these days what I notice is dog poop left here are there necessary actions must be taken.
Lovely neighborhood and spacious apartment. I have enjoyed decorating my family's new home. I love the kitchen set up. The high ceiling make the apartment seem bigger than it is.
Easy and fast move in process/inspection. Apartment is fully renovated and the little problems that were there got taken care of immediately.
Great place to live and staff is responsive to concerns or questions. The areas are well maintained and there is never loose trash hanging around.

Found a beautiful apartment with high ceilings, a patio with private view, central air, washer and dryer in unit in excellent like new condition. With a gas fireplace and nice closet space. Grounds are kept immaculate. Very peaceful place to live. Looking forward to trying out the pool and fitness center. Onsite staff has been very responsive and helpful.

Very quiet apartment community. Everything is good so far. Only thing I am bummed about is no cameras on the lots and cars being broken into .
Nice community for family and kids. Located close to schools, highway, shopping centers, hospitals etc. Well maintained. Good swimming pool and play ground for kids. Gym can be expanded.
The move in experience was challenging. Once moved in, the apt was dirty and the shower drains require me to unclog them. There was a pungent odor, most notably urine. Not off to a great start.
Apartments are really nice, but the floor is really loud. If a neighbor is walking in the apartment above, you can hear it. Pool area and playground are really good for families.
It’s a good community for stay especially if you are a family with kids. Good environment for the kids. Amenities are clean. Cool place for morning jogger’s.
Cumberland crossing is a beautiful neighbourhood, very spacious parking space and well maintained apartment's. Service Maintenance is not that great these day’s.
