We LOVE it here. We moved here in May, and it was a very scary move as we sold our house and were worried about living in an apartment complex. We have a wonderful apartment, with granite countertops, a wonderful view, an AMAZING wraparound porch, an exercise room, business center, WONDERFUL staff, valet trash service, pet friendly, elevators, carts for carrying groceries, quiet neighborhood, very close to power trail so I can ride to work, I could go on and on. Again, we love it. I am so happy we live here!!!!

This place is amazing! I have lived here a few months but have only great things to say about Crowne. The staff are always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean and the grounds have a long list of awesome amenities including a pool, fitness room, dog wash station, and more! The grass/landscaping is always immaculate and even though it is a very pet friendly apartment, you never see any dog droppings on the premises. At Crowne, I feel at home, even being here only a short time after moving away from family.

My husband and I decided to downsize from a larger home. We were considering apartment living... what we didn't expect to find was a HOME here at Crowne at Timberline. We love it here. Great amenities... my husband spends hours at the beautiful pool and I frequently use the well appointed gym. The staff are awesome! Friendly, professional and they CARE about their residents. The staff host gatherings to promote friendships among residents... AND they are pet friendly! (We currently don't have a dog, but love getting to play with neighbor dogs!). The apartments are new, modern and stylish. Love that we have elevators and carts provided to help bring up groceries! Oh... and did I mention the great front range view I have of Meeker and Longs Peak? Come take a look... it's awesome here.

My family and I could not be happier living here. My husband and I work out of home offices so space/layout along with amenities were important for us and the townhomes at Crowne fit those requirements. Our preferred style is modern so this place is perfect with its high ceilings and straight lines. This is a GREAT neighborhood for families and professionals who want access to everything without the noise. Note that while there is still construction going on, we cannot hear a thing because the unit is so well insulated. Great view of the mountains, nice gym, and the staff - such a professional group of folks. Can't speak highly enough of them.
Looking around town we couldn't find a more beautiful place to stay. We are just 5 minutes from town and our apartment has everything we need. The layout is very spacious and feels like home (we even had a personalized note when we arrived). Definitely the place to be if you are wanting a high class apartment with the friendliest staff!

The management is wonderful and a total class act- doing little things for their residents all the time. Really great apartments that are brand new with high-end finishes and an elevator. They are very pet friendly too and just gave my two dogs special doggie treat bags for National Dog Day. Our views from our wrap around deck of the mountains are wonderful. I would highly recommend this community for long-term or short-term stays.
