The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crowne at Old Town North
My building was behind schedule for construction so when I moved in the building wasn't finished. But in my "finished apt" there were so many things messed up. Holes in the drywall, chips in the flooring, my counter top literally had a huge burn mark across the top of it. Crown molding, window sills and outlets were all screwed up and they tried to repair it with caulk. My cabinets had huge holes in the backs/bottoms of them that they never put patches over. But the worst thing I experienced was the dryer vents, anytime it got slightly windy they would slap against the metal tubing they were attached to and would create a unbearable noise. My girlfriend and I literally slept with ear plugs in for over 6 months before we moved out due to the lack of action after MULTIPLE attempts to contact management.

Hi-Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Our team works hard to provide residents with the best support possible and we apologize that this wasn't your experience. We wish you all the best in the future. Sincerely, Crowne Professional Management
The staff here is great! Maintenance is also great and quick to help with fixes. Although there were a few flaws with in my 10 month lease that I do need to bring up… the homeless population is very heavy in this area. That wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t roam the parking lot and buildings. Many bikes went missing and there was even one outside our first floor windows once. Security is only there at night, which isn’t very helpful during the day when they are out and about. There also are no cameras on the property which made me feel uneasy considering the price of the apartments. They have a key fob for the pool/gym and common areas but not for the buildings themselves. Like I said the staff was great! No complaints toward them, but the property and security could be better. We would have stayed but they raised rent by $400 just in the 10 months we lived there, and we were the first to live in our apartment.

Well I have been living at Crowne since they opened and could not be happier!!!! One comment in a review spoke that the staff was to Young!!!! OMG at some place in our life everyone seems young. This staff deserves a shout out because my dealings with this property has been nothing short of AMAZING! I have had young people in the office being very professional, helpful, and have gone out of there way to fix or correct any issue's. Nikki and Nash are incredible with their personalities and knowledge of every aspect of Crowne. The maintenance staff is always busy cleaning, fixing or just maintaining the pool and surrounding grounds. They have always taken are of any issue with quick response!! So maybe we need to look at things a little more on the positive side when we know they they are younger then most of us! But they are building and growing an excellent community!! We all started young some where!!! So smile make the day brighter to know this is a fabulous place, I plan to be here many more years!!!!!!
