The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!
The Charlotte Motor Speedway is a major NASCAR racing venue and one of the city’s biggest attractions with drag racing, dirt tracks, and a 138,000-seat stadium. This major tourist destination has hosted races such as the Coca-Cola 600, the Bank of America 500, and the Sprint All-Star Race. The first car race was held here in 1960, and the engines haven’t quieted since!
But there’s more to Concord than just the hype of racing. This city is one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing suburbs, and with Downtown Charlotte within quick driving distance, there are plenty of work and entertainment options for Concord residents.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crestview Huntington
Management is not good and does not care about their resident's Maintenance is so / so it take awhile for repairs to be repaired Constantly broken air and heat Leaking kitchen and bathroom sink also refrigerator Stove have has strong gas smell Roaches and Rats Animal poo Cats and dogs Dogs barking all night long and cats outside fighting each other Cats climbing on top of people vehicles breaking the paint on their vehicles and sleeping underneath them Noise level is very high People fighting on the parking lot People entering your apartment without permission The Community is Nasty and dirty Parking is terrible People even park in your assigned parking without your permission And in the Disable space just to be parking there causing people who really need it to have a hard time It's not worth all the terrible
Management is a joke, maintenance is a joke, everybody is leaving, they forcing folk to get cable which a few of the neighbors said is illegal. Nothing ever get fixed, people’s apartments be flooding and they just stick 25 industrial fans in there and then expect people to live like that. Do not move there you will regret it for sure!
There was visible mold in our apartment, and when we showed them they said it wasn’t mold. Which was cute, so we had a mold inspector come out who confirmed that yeah, there was mold all over the apartment. This place is dangerous
Honestly a horrible experience living here. Don't have any problems with neighbors, it is a nice and quiet place but how ever management sucks. Sending an email for repairs and poorly installed items before I moved in leads to maintaice showing up randomly. In four months of living here black mold has appeared in my walls and wasn't properly cleaned up and came back, leaving a large whole in the wall along with the shower rod in the bathroom only being installed by 1 wood screw each side directly into drywall with no studs. Also they claim we have cabinet doors coming in be haven't see them in the four months. Dealing with the front office is the worst as they only forwards you to other companies who says its with Crestview we have to deal with. Would not recommend staying enless you like headaches
PeopleIn the office lie so freaking bad you have to call corporate to get them to do their job maintenance is terrible you pay too much for crap that’s pretty much what is crap

Being on the wait list was horrible, They weren’t actively engaged in trying to get me an apartment, all around bad experience but i hope it works out for you, great looking neighborhood and nice community just horrible communication if your on a crunch.

The office team and community manager are all so responsive and caring when I reach out for help! They really make it a great place to live!
These apartments are just so badly maintained, you go in and you want to turn back around.
