West Orange is an upscale suburban community located about thirty miles west of Manhattan. The township is best known for its historic Llewellyn Park neighborhood, filled with Victorian homes that once belonged to such prominent citizens as Thomas Edison (Edison’s factory is one of the city’s distinctive landmarks as well). Property Ratings at Crest Ridge Apartments
I love the quiet, the grounds, the people and the pool. I love the cliffs and gardens and the view of the city. I only see that the maintenance takes several calls to get something fixed, but it's usually something little and not a major deal. I think all 2nd floor apartments should have rugs mandatory and they do make noise and sometimes unaware that there are people living on the first floor. It's also not a major deal but a little annoying. I do enjoy living in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment as I have guests who feel at home when they visit. I have many closets, more than most. All in all, it's my choice to live here and it's the nicest place around. Maintenance - wake up and take vitamins. I give it 4 stars!
I've been living here for almost a year and I love it! My neighbors are very friendly and the management company is very helpful and responsive to any maintenance requests.
