Crescent Village is like any mid tier apartment, slightly better than average and, importantly, maintenance is great - you just have to pay a luxury tier price, and what you get just isn’t worth that, unfortunately.

The leasing staff person was great! I had to move in on a Sunday when the leasing office was closed. Leasing staff offered to come in on their day off to get me the key. Then when I was delayed, they even stayed until I got to Crescent Village! I’ve never had such 5 star service!

Nice safe and secure place to live. Definitely not luxury and therefore not worth the luxury price, but there are worse things to have to worry about.

I have lived at Crescent Village for several Months. I have enjoyed the convenient location. Close to many businesses, lots of shopping and restaurants. There is a nice variety of restaurants in Crescent Village, just steps away.

Crescent Village is in a nice location with close access to restaurants, shops, and recreation as well as grocery stores/Costco. I have enjoyed living here so far but feel the high cost of rent doesn't necessarily reflect the overall quality of the community or individual apartments.

I am so happy with my choice to rent at Crescent Village! I appreciate the thoughtfulness in design of the community to suit a more eco-friendly lifestyle. My partner and I moved from CA to Eugene, OR and while we were nervous to move into Crescent Village without having seen the unit directly, we were wowed when we arrived that not only was Jocelyn (who helped us coordinate our move-in) just as friendly and affable in-person as she was over the phone, but also that the pictures she sent us did not do the unit justice! The place was in immaculate order and was absolutely beautiful. Everyone we have encountered (Sherry the Groundskeeper, our neighbors, our neighbors' dogs, etc...) has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. We look forward to getting fully settled and exploring more of Eugene!

Great place to live. Secure and mostly very quiet. You are in a nice condo don't expect complete silence, there is the occasional you here your neighbor but not often. Also great "eats" just downstairs for whatever pleases your palate.

Avoid living in the west building. Pounding and vibrations from the fitness center on the ground floor can be heard throughout the entire building. Anyone who says this place is quiet obviously doesnt live on the street side or in the west building. My windows vibrate when loud vehicles drive by. When the leasing agent is gone, the phone goes unanswered even when the manager is onsite. This is hardly luxurious living. The controlled access garage doors malfunction on a regular basis. The carpets on each floor are full of stains and need to be replaced. The appliances are original (13 years old) and need continuous maintenance. It is almost impossible to a replace a nonworking appliance with a brand new one. I waited three weeks for a new dishwasher, which was dysfunctional after installation. I am now waiting to hear if this ineffective organization will send a repair person or replace itand I continue to wait. This place has no amenities like the surrounding complexes. The only positives this place offers is an elevator and central air.

Crescent Village is a lovely community with a high-end feel. The apartments come with nice finishes, amenities, and a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes it feel all the more like home.

Overall, it's a nice and laid-back place to live. Apartments are clean, modern, and spacious and the rooftop decks are a nice amenity. A few places to eat downstairs as well, though I really wish the building owner would allow for more restaurants, cafes, or shops to open up rather than the gym and real estate office which are sort of out of place here. The maintenance staff are excellent; they're responsive, very nice, and very helpful. Sherry, in particular, has been wonderful. There has been a lot of turnover among the leasing staff over the past couple years, so things have felt a bit inconsistent there. It's a generally safe area, though I have been told of a couple car break-ins and my bike was also stolen from the "secure" bike storage room inside the building (even though it was locked to its post and behind the chained up locked door of the room).

A boot camp fitness center is now located beneath our apartment “homes.” I can hear and feel the noise in my apartment, and I live at the south end of the building on the fourth floor!! When we moved here three years ago, we were told to expect restaurant smells, traffic, etc. Management chose not to disclose to us the noise, sounds, and vibrations the new fitness center would bring. If interested in living at Crescent Village, I would recommend living in the East building, to avoid the noises associated with the fitness center in the West building.

Crescent village is a great community to live at. The leasing office staff are great and the apartments are very nice.

My husband and I moved to Crescent Village in March 2017. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The buildings and grounds are clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoy attending the resident events. Our only complaint is that Crescent Village residents are not allowed to use the facilities (pool, exercise equipment, rec room) provided to the residents at the Tennyson even tho the two complexes belong to the same company.
