Property Ratings at Crescent Park
The community is close to most everything. Highway I 5 and the Beltline is all within a few blocks. Restaurants are within walking distance, and shopping as well. A new community Park is also close by.
The apartment complex is very well maintained and clean, residents are nice and friendly. The apartment itself was cleaned, however our garbage disposal doesn’t work for some reason.

I've been a resident of Crescent Park Apartments since 2004 and continue to enjoy living here. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. We're located in north Eugene in an area with bus service, a Winco, and pubs within walking distance. I highly recommend Crescent Park Apartments in Eugene, Oregon.

Adriana is an absolute pleasure. I felt bad having to call her SO many times in a day or two span to figure everything I needed out on such a short timeframe. She was incredibly understanding and never made me feel dumb for anything I needed. She's absolutely awesome and whatever you are paying her probably isn't enough for the work she does. The community is wonderful so far, the neighbors I have met so far are the nicest people on the planet. The leasing and move in process was easy, the unit is nice. I really appreciate the work that goes into this place. The surrounding area is incredibly nice. I like that I'm not right at the university but I still have all the stores and resources I need nearby, but the university also isn't too far away. Couldn't be happier with my experience so far.

I first moved into Crescent Park Apartments in 2004. That length of time should indicate how much I enjoy living here. I have very friendly neighbors, am close to grocery shopping, and some great places for food and drink. The staff keeps our grounds well-maintained and clean at all times. I have been happy living here, and have made nice neighbors.
I lived here before and am incredibly happy to be able to move back. The leasing specials are great, the management has only ever been polite, welcoming, and accommodating. The floor plans are beautiful as are the renovations. Super close to my work and shopping, close to several parks and beautiful neighborhoods, and extremely affordable, honestly the best apartments you can get for this price. I moved here sight unseen almost three years ago and even from across the country, they were the friendliest people I’ve worked with. When I unfortunately needed to move out, they were extremely patient when my rescue cat hid in the apartment the night before I needed to turn in my key. I wanted to move back to be close to my boyfriend, who lives right across the street, and because I absolutely live the apartments, and the second I walked in, Miranda welcomed me. They remembered me and worked with me to make sure I didn’t miss out on leasing specials that were going on. I can’t help but smile when I walk in to my apartment and it feels so good to feel like I am back home. Thank you Crescent Park!
The move in process was very easy, the apartments are very centrally located which is helpful.
As a resident of Crescent Park Apartments in Eugene, Oregon since 2004, I have been very happy with my apartment. The grounds are very well-kept (weekly grounds maintenance), and we are located near grocery shopping, LTD bus stops and restaurants. The area is pet and bike-friendly. I highly recommend Crescent Park Apartments to anyone looking for living arrangements in the Eugene-Springfield area.

Crescent Park is a lovely campus and is pet-friendly. There are a few dog walk areas around the apartments. I enjoy living here, mostly because there are washer and dryer units in every unit.

We just recently moved to Crescent Park and my family’s quality of life has improved tremendously just in the short two weeks that we’ve lived here! The amenities that Crescent Park offers and the friendly staff at Greystar have truly made out living experience here so pleasant and easy. Something I’ve noticed is how quiet and peaceful it always is here, no matter the time of day! The grounds are so well kept and the people who live here seem to be so friendly! I love that there is a dog park because we get to see the cutest dogs every day! Who wouldn’t want to see cute friendly pups on a daily basis? Our apartment is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with our recent decision to move here! It’s truly such a blessing to my family. If you’re thinking of moving to Crescent Park, do it!! It’s a wonderful place to live and such a convenient location to everything in town.

I always enjoy being here at Crescent Apartment I love the overall cleanliness in the complex as it is very will maintained, the responsiveness of the staff for any service request within our apartment. The management in putting out notices when there's maintenance work to be done around the complex for the residents to be aware and ready to act their part; like moving their cars, or closing window or stuff during maintenance work.

Crescent Park has been pretty great so far! It’s a very calm, quiet area and so close to lots of shops and grocery stores.
Living in Crescent Park has been a easant experience. There is a community patio and BBQ, the campus is fairly well maintained with beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs. Although I've seen several homeless people digging through the trash, I feel safe here. My fiance lived in another local apartment complex before moving here. We are so glad we moved here. The amenity of having in unit laundry was the feature that brought us here.
Recently moved in and noticed a couple of items of concern. Community staff and maintenance team quickly addressed the issue and the move in process went smooth.

I am very happy to be living here at Crescent Park. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The apartments are well cared for and so are the grounds. The location is also great, Costco and Winco are just down the street, and just across the street are many restaurants.

It is an overall great place to live so far, it’s a quiet and peaceful place. But I do wish I didn’t have to pay extra for a parking space if I already live here. That doesn’t deter me from wanting to live here though

Crescent Park provides apartments that have laundry in the unit. For the most part the office staff have been helpful and the maintenance staff have been prompt in fixing any issues in the apartment. The campus is very nice. Crescent Park Apartments feel like home.

Find yourself a remodeled unit here or look elsewhere. Also don't get a place on ground level as I've been plagued by ants every spring I've been here and make sure you get an apartment with multiple windows. Since there is no AC, I had to buy a room AC unit, as the rooms get incredibly hot from lack of air flow and lack of AC. The people here are great though. The are just restricted by corporate nonsense and policies that really ought to be changed. Not the least of which why there isn't cameras in the parking areas is beyond me considering the number of thefts and vandalism that has occured to the resident's vehicles.

Lovely place to live.....all the trees surrounding us with the very well maintained yards surrounding the apartments. It's just lovely to walk around in the beautiful sunshine. Pet friendly too. Peaceful and quiet except on Friday when they maintain the yards.....but it can't stay beautiful without maintenance!! Very happy here.

I love living at Crescent Park Apartments. The residents are friendly and the office management and maintenance are professional. There is adequate parking near my building and I have never had a problem with parking. The complex is generally quiet. There are significant issues with car break-ins off and on. The complex is not well lit at night and there is no additional security.
