Jamal has been exceeding our expectations everytime he came to do a maintenance job. He is doing a great job. Very prompt and professional.

Always enjoyed living here and I brag about how nice the property is kept. This maintenance guy has put a big dent in my feelings about this property

I've had a wonderful experience at Creekside Townhomes from the day I came to visit the property. The office team is so nice, and I know I can go chat with them if I need anything. The maintenance team gets work orders completed quickly and are very efficient. As a whole, it seems like the people who take care of this property take a lot of pride in taking care of it and the people who live here.

i have lived at Creekside for going on 12 years and love it here - best maintenance crew. Girls in management office are very friendly and helpful - in my opinion this is the best place to live

Creekside is a beautiful complex, the units are up to date and spacious. The attached garage is a very nice feature. I would recommend this complex to people considering a new place of residence. Be sure you do your walk through and put in any maint requests before you move in.

Creekside townhomes is an excellent community, very well maintained and the front office staff Julie and Angela are be very helpful, knowledgeable, super friendly and make every attempt to help the residents concerns and requests.

Nice building, a bit pricey. Need to focus on making sure the apartment is complete and ready for rental before leasing to the community. Strongly suggest Residents check all appliances, and the condition of the apartment before signing. It is quite loud being close to the highway. Not so bad at night, excluding Friday and Saturday as it’s loud all night. My apartment cost is a little high, if it goes up when my lease is up, I’ll probably move to a new location.

Don’t move here the office staff and maintenance are awful.

Extremely poor maintenance, old (not working) appliances, light fixtures, cabinets. Not worth it for the rent we pay in this area.

Creekside's maintenance is very courteous and professional and it is refreshing to call home.

Anyone looking for a place to move should check out Creekside. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are tremendous.

I love it here very clean property very low noise level.

The staff are some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered! They are not friendly. Maintenance staff is very rude ( and scary men) and can’t fix anything. If you want it fixed immediately, do not hold your breath. They charge expensive for the location but apartment is very old and everything breaks constantly!

I’ve had a very good experience with Lua, Albert and the rest of the leasing staff. Same for Javier and maintenance.

Love the management and the community, and the location puts me in a great central area of Plano and Dallas.

Management is very kind and honest during the application process.

I hate this apartment. The barking dogs. The dog poop everywhere. The loud train. Paying for trash pickup and it is not consistently picked up. I complained several times to complex and nothing was done. At my last apartment, whenever there was an issue, it was addressed immediately. The appliances are very old and barely work. The maintenance crew have changed like 15 times. So many new faces. So many unwanted solicitors daily due to no gate. Small gym. Unfriendly leasing agents. Being charged for maintenance services . Hidden water fees from a leak that was mot caused by us but the unit was charged! I can keep going but what is the point. I’m moving soon and it will be the best day of my life. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone.

We rented our apartment online and basically sight unseen. The management team was excellent in answering the phone when we called with questions and followed up on everything they were unable to answer during that particular call. Once we arrived everything was in good working order and I am happy to say, the apartment exceeded expectations. It is spacious, well maintained, quiet, and most of all we feel very safe living here. The access to places to eat, shop and nightlife make this a short commute to anywhere we need to be. It has only been less than a month granted but my expectations have been met or exceeded in everyway so anticipate that to not change long term.

Management and maintenance have always been courteous and very professional

Its not luxury Townhome for the price. Its just a normal townhouse that cost like a luxury townhouse. It was a pretty big let down in moving here. I will just do my lease and thats that.

I've only been here a little over a week. The staff is great and very helpful. The property is clean and the layouts are spacious. Liking it so far!

The office staff is awesome, very friendly and welcoming.

I found rocks in the children’s swimming pool at our apartment complex Creekside Townhomes. I asked at the office to clean them up for three days but nothing was done. I went to the pool with my baby the next day and saw these rocks again. We went to the office and was told that they would clean it that day . We went the next day again and saw rocks. Went to office and they said they would clean it that day . Nothing happened. After that we went to the office again and they said that nobody can clean the pool because there is just one maintenance person and he was busy. My baby and I tried to clean it ourselves and I saw some residents tried to clean it for their kids as well. But it’s hard to do this without special equipment. The baby scratched his legs when he sat on his knees in the pool. And they never closed the pool even though I went to office for three days advising them of the problem. They cleaned the pool only in a week and it was just because management had a pool party and their families were going to swim in the pool. There are three people in the office and only one maintenance person and one cleaning lady for 300 units. Poor management.

We have lived at Alta Creekside for over two years. Each apartment is set up very similar to a town home and comes with a garage, granite counter tops, lots of windows and lots of space. The management and maintenance staff have been great. The only thing we wish our apartment had is hardwood floors. Its impossible to keep carpet clean and I wish apartment complexes would stop using carpet all together. It would also be nice if they offered recycling pick up on site. We have to take our recycling to the local collection center. But other than that, we have enjoyed our time here with no problems at all.

Me and my two kids have been living here for about a month now and it is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and they always respond so quick to any request. This apartment is so upscale with all steel appliances in the kitchen and modern finishes in every inch of the house , it will truly make you feel classy. This place is also so convenient , it has door to door trash pickup so all you need to do is put your trash outside and your good to go. They have an amazing pool ,a 24 hour fitness gym ,and the environment outside is very clean which is always great. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful just like the overall home , let me just tell you this is a phenomenal choice and you really should consider it.

Been here almost 1 year. *Much* better overall than the last apartment. Rooms are a decent size and the closets are pretty large. Balcony is a decent size and it's pretty close to 75 so it's easy to get somewhere. There are a few cons, but they're excusable or easy to work around: 1. It's really close to the train tracks, and some of the trains run pretty late. It was a little unnerving at first, but now it's almost relaxing. 2. Not a lot of trees right now. They're small, so they'll get there. 3. Really only one way in/out of the complex. They could use to open up another way, maybe on the side or something. 4. Don't expect to go anywhere fast around rush hour. Especially turning left. A lot of traffic nearby. But as I said, it's overall very good. They office staff is pretty nice and helpful. Maintenance is pretty prompt. Nearly daily trash pick up. And a lot of the buildings are north-south facing, so you're not going to get too much summer sunlight/heat.

This centrally located community is fabulous! It has fantastic management. The office listens to concerns and responds. I love living somewhere that actually cares and invests in their property and tenants. These townhomes are build energy efficent as well. I love that you have a garage for safety as well. This is smaller community, so no loud noisy common areas either. It a fabulous, quite, safe, energy efficent place to live.

I just recently moved into this apartment and I can so far so good. This services are amazing. Every time I put in a maintenance order they get to it as quickly as possible. They also try to make sure neighbors interact with each other which is nice.

This is the perfect place to live with harmony. Very secured and staffs are so nice and quick in response. Whole complex is so clean. All the major places are near by. We just love this place.

I have to say the management is fantastic here. They keep a nice quite, clean and wonderful community to live in. They are the attentive managment team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The grounds are continuely improved and keep looking nice. If improvements can be made, they welcome and respond to those suggestions. Thank You Alta Creekside team!!!!

I recently visited these apartments as they were cheaper than an apartment community I was looking into right across the street...also I REALLY enjoy driving all around Dallas to check out apartments. At first I was impressed, because they are new and its nice to know that you would be the first person to live there and its right off of PGBT & 75. However after I took a tour of the apartment that could be "mine" I quickly realized that it wasn't as advertised. During a tour of a first floor apartment I observed the following: Clubhouse is only open during office hours (pretty consistent with other properties I have visited) There is no gated access as advertised on their site No recycling...but coming soon, however they've been open for about six months You have to get your own ceiling fan for the bedroom Flooring for the unit I saw was laminate and cheap carpet in the bedroom Not enough parking for visitors or if you have more than one car Lastly, as I was walking back to my car I talked to a few residents and they were not happy for the amount of money they pay. Unfortunately I will not be selecting this apartment and the quest must continue.
