The overall customer experience is ruthless and needs to be fixed. I won’t waste my time saying anything else because they don’t care about it anyway. Please be aware they will love you until you move in.
We along many others have discovered black mold in apartments here at Creekside Park and after many work orders of them just painting over it we had it tested and it came back positive for black mold. Mold testing company said it was very unsafe for us to continue to live there so we went to MANAGEMENT and they will not let us break our lease, even though theres only two months left in the lease. They were unjust and unwilling to even be cordial about the matter.

When I moved in to this complex in January I would have recommended it highly to anyone. However, Greystar has taken over in management and trust me when I say, RUN. They will scr*w you over in the most petty and trivial ways. They do not care about you one single bit, you are a number to that staff and nothing more. They make mistakes and then blame you for it and there’s nothing you can do about it. Also the dog park is covered in dog poop all the time, they never clean it and they act like it’s not an amenity that you contribute to when it’s clearly advertised to be an amenity. I would not renew my lease here even if they lowered the rate by $500. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This was my first apartment to ever live in, I absolutely loved it!! Everybody here was so amazing and nice employees and residents alike. Only downfalls was parking spaces are limited and the gate doesn't always work 100% of the time, but other than that I wish I never left!
If you think to lease . . . . doble check, and think about this : - Worst on-boarding - Extra costs: 500 USD for water consumption in two months - The pool is freezing - They don´t recycle . . . can you image, in the woods. And by the way suppliers are external: internet, energy, gas (They suggest buy are the expensive ones)
I signed up a lease in March 2020, and since then a lot of amenities shut down because of covid-19 which I felt is understandable but what I feel is everything was a sacrifice by the tenants for those months but nothing by the complex, they still took the same amount of rent. I requested for service in my apartment, which I was told had closed and is available for only emergency issues. After my smart main-door lock was not working properly and entering into my apartment became an issue I contacted them again. Again I was given the same answer. I requested for a light bulb that would go into a certain area fixture, and an air filter, and I said I would change it myself. Two days later the items were left outside my apartment. On the weekend when I got time to change them I realized they sent the wrong air filter size, and just one bulb for a fixture that used two bulbs. After a few weeks I contacted them again regarding the lock as now there were times that I would be standing outside my apartment for 30mins just to get in. This time I gave them a suggestion on the service method, as how they could perform the service and stay safe, that it is the main door lock so the technician would not have to come into the apartment and also that once I leave for work there would not be anyone in the apartment. The complex agreed to provide the service. In the service note I mentioned that the technician if he had to come in then should remove their shoes at the entrance or wear those shoe-bag-covers. The tech came to do the service, roamed the whole apartment in his shoes, and the only issue was that he needed to replace the batteries on the lock located at the entrance. He saw the filter and bulbs but did not rectify it or helped to install the right ones. In my culture it is a bad omen to walk with shoes in the house. I feel the complex does not care what I feel or request. They like to continuously bring your attention to the terms and condition of the lease. When I wrote back to the complex how I was upset, they sent the tech again to do the air filter and bulb. The complex wants to believe they are an A grade complex, they are charging an A grade rent but service is at the best a D grade. Don’t get fooled by the new look. Disappointing complex.
