Been a resident here for three years and love it. The feeling of home starts with the staff, Sarah in particular. Her welcoming personality and heartfelt professionalism is unmatched. The maintenace staff has proven to be outstanding for every issue I have had here. All issues have been minor. We love our home!

This is not luxury, it’s high priced crud. Management does not care about the safety of residents and is allowing a dog that has bitten people multiple times to still be on property. They won’t reprimand the owner and they aren’t even enforcing a leash policy. If you do come here, cross your fingers you don’t get bit because even if you file a police report they will refuse to tell you if the dog is up to date on shots so your doctor is able to treat your wounds properly. Do yourself a favor & don’t spend your money here.

I would not recommend living here. They do not keep the safety of residents in mind and allow a dog that has bitten people multiple times to still be on the property without enforcing a leash policy or a muzzle. And if you get bit, they won’t confirm with you if that dog has up-to-date shots, even with a police report being filed, so you can’t even get proper medical treatment. I’ve also had both of my vehicles broken into on the same night, and my neighbor's car was stolen twice a week later. Multiple vehicles on a different night had all four tires stolen and their cars left on rocks. This apartment is advertised as a “luxury” apartment, but it is not.

This is NOT the complex you want to move into!! At first I thought it was a nice complex until I realized that it was no different than the previous complex I moved from. At my last complex, crime was terrible!! My brand new Camaro zl1 was stolen and nothing was done. So I decided to move here as I was told they constantly patrol and do their very best to protect residents. Since then both of my vehicles have been broken Into and my truck was just stolen last night. Absolutely no concern was shown from anyone in the office. I have witnessed MULTIPLE incidents of vandalism and absolutely nothing has been changed...NOTHNG AT ALL!! The same response "we can't protect any property." Yes, but as expensive as the rent is, you would think at least a couple preventative measures would be taken. Absolutely no regard for residents...not even notification of the crimes occurring. I will be opting out of my lease early and I highly suggest you do not move here!

0 out of 5 stars. LOOK ELSEWHERE. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I have had better luck in college apartments. The “valet trash” service ends up picking and choosing when they want to come, yet you still pay for it. The gates are constantly not working and it’s the smallest entrance, so people are in their cars blocking you from being able to just drive through when the gate does work. The smart key fobs for your apartment doors are unreliable. My favorite part is the front desk can never answer. No matter what time of day you call, they just do not answer the phone, no matter how many voicemails you leave. So good luck if you have a quick question and aren’t home. My favorite part they slapped a move out bill the size of a prorated rent with them on my portal, and couldn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know that was on there. The move out bill was essentially because the apartment still didn’t look brand new, but instead had normal wear and tear since you know we only lived there for a year. I had to drive all the way across town to speak with management because nobody answered the phone all day, and they had the nerve to tell me they had been setting up for an event. A small clubhouse event, and now no one can answer the phone all day??? But again they don’t answer regardless of if they have an event planned or not. The rent is also way too much for what you end up getting and the headache it will cause you. Live somewhere else and save your time and money!

This property looks nice but you will not get a luxury experience! Avoid the headaches and save yourself from overpaying! *****CONS***** My building had Pharaoh ants so bad and the apartment complex never got rid of them. This was a brand new unit and the ants were so bad they had to pay for movers and supplies to move me to another unit on the top floor because they couldn’t get rid of them. In my new unit I still had these same ants and the issue was never actually fixed! Brittany and Yolanda are nice but this experience was horrible don’t move here!
