Crabtree Valley is about five miles northwest of Downtown Raleigh and three miles north of NC State University. It is convenient to PNC Arena, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the North Carolina Museum of Art. With a backyard like Umstead State Park, hiking, fishing, boating, and camping are always available. Covering 5,579 acres, this large park has 13 miles of multi-use trails, ideal for horseback riding and bicycling, and over 20 miles of hiking trails.

My experience with Creekside only two months in is that they work incredibly hard to make things right for the residents. I worked with Sakina, who has been super helpful and attentive to any concern or questions I might have. The building is so nice, quiet, and the amenities are several steps up from my last residence, which had the same price point. Exceptional location!

The bad: Management tries to charge made up fees, will argue with u just because they like arguing even if they are being irrational and illogical, will enter ur apartment without telling u, they do apartment "inspections", they will set up parking signs in the garage without informing ppl then tow ur car after parking in a spot u have been for over a yr, they've slowly dismantled and removed half the gym equipment, mold, bugs and roaches in apartment, they send out rules and policies that don't make sense and pick and choose when to enforce them, outdoor parking (of u have a work van or anything taller than 7') is a huge problem they refuse to address, poor communication, community is always at each other's necks constantly in complaint warfare. Avoid this place especially with the ridiculous price they are charging. You will always feel like someone is watching u and they have all the power to charge u whatever they want. The good: u have washer and dryer in unit, apartments feel fairly modern, location is the best feature which it truly is a great location.

I am not happy with this complex and I am looking to move. Management is rude, maintenance half do things, I always ask for maintenance to call before entering in my home and they never call. I had to deal with roaches and other creatures. I am not happy one bit.

Overall, we like our apartment; However, often have felt that Office Management did not care to address some issues with the community once they had us locked into the expensive lease. Some of major complaints with this apartment community are: (1) How thin the walls/construction are in this building, and when the noise levels are brought up to Office Management it seems to fall on deaf ears; (2) The “security” company hired to handle complaints after hours never seem to be available when called; (3) Trash cans left in the hallways for days on end with seemingly no consequences for the offenders - although there are supposed to be fines; and (4) Smokers in a NON-SMOKING building which needs to be addressed - immediately - so that residents who are allergic to smoke (cigarettes, marijuana) do not have to suffer. After all, there is a reason we decided to pay PREMIUM rent for a non-smoking property! More on the Noise Levels: Although the construction may be less than stellar, there are things Creekside at Crabtree Management could do, such as: requiring that 70 percent to 80 percent of the main living room area be covered with rugs of some sort. Also - many people work from home, given the pandemic. It is disruptive to business when residents play their music or TVs so loudly that the sounds come through the walls or through the floor (from neighbors underneath). There is absolutely no reason why we should hear the neighbors’ TV or music coming through the floor or the ceiling. But when complaints are made to Management, NOTHING is done! Lastly, relating to noise, when many of the residents come in and out of their apartments, often the doors LOUDLY slam shut. Numerous community posts have been made by residents relating to the door slamming, but instead of Management addressing the problem by either replacing the weather-stripping/molding around the doors AND/OR speaking with the offenders, the behavior continues, day after day after day. Advice to Management: It is less expensive to keep the Tenants you have, rather than trying to acquire new ones - especially if those Tenants pay their rent on time and ask for little to nothing in return. This is the definition of a Cash Cow.

What a wonderful community to live in. Creekside at Crabtree is one of the few communities in the area that actually has a covered garage with an entrance right to your floor. I never have to worry about the weather. I also love that Crabtree Mall and 5 star dining are only steps away. I truly enjoy living at Creekside at Crabtree.

Creekside at Crabtree is a wonderful place to live. It's very convenient to shopping, Healthcare, and schools. Our apartments are secured with locked doors and a covered parking garage. There are lots of apartment layouts to choose from, and the grounds are kept clean. There's no job too small for the maintenance and housekeeping staff, and they are always pleasant. Finally, the leasing staff is fantastic. They take their time with residents and listen to requests, and always go out of their way to help. I highly recommend Creekside at Crabtree.

Creekside at Crabtree is a friendly place to live from front staff to daily maintenance. Staff is very responsive to issues and questions to really help ease the move-in process. We had an issue with our refrigerator and it was quickly fixed the same day. The amenities and units are clean and bright and feels new. Also great location next to Crabtree trail!

Creekside at Crabtree is a well maintained apartment complex that provides the most sought after amenities. Additionally, it offers a number of apartment floor plans that should accommodate most folks.

I love the area and this apartment living. I love that we have a food truck every Thursday... I wish it was more especially during the summer months when people could cook less! OVERALL NO COMPLAINTS
Creekside is a great place to live. The amenities are awesome and the staff go above and beyond to make this place great! Food trucks every week, raffles and contests help keep us all involved!

Overall Creekside at Crabtree is a great place to live! The parking deck is a BIG plus! Fitness center and social lounge are very nice and the pool area is great during the summer. The library is also a beautiful area. I moved here about a year after losing my wife to cancer and now Creekside at Crabtree is my happy place!

I thought at first the transition team new to Creekside at Crabtree did a great Jone , considering the quick changes. We dont need cosmetic changes.. Functionality changes are key to the services. I think Im comfortable when I talk to Kerry and Dinasti I management they handle stress Very well and they both have really grown to understand our building needs based on each renter.. They know most of us and build relationship with each of us.. They know what we like and remember what were shared wether its likes or dislikes in situations while still being Loyal to the team.. I speak only from experience as a mentor to new teachers and educators as future leaders.. .. Im still learning new staff for Bell properties like Summer..

Creekside is such a great place what you see online is what you get when leasing apt. The leading staff and management are doing the jobs with excellence
I've enjoyed living here the past year and aim to renew my lease. I feel comfortable here and love the aesthetic of my apartment. It's close to work. There are noise issues with neighbors but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, I'm happy to call this my home.
Management truly tries to help with any issues and is very responsive to calls and emails. Beautiful place to live.
