Simply called Whittier, Whittier-Boulder is one of Boulder’s trendiest enclaves and illustrates the quirky, bohemian vibe the city is known for. This historic neighborhood is home to an abundance of colorful bungalows and Victorian houses, including the house featured in the 1970’s hit, the Mork and Mindy show. Property Ratings at Creekside Apartments
The state I found the apartment in was disgusting. Bathroom had pee stains on toilet and shower, the mattress came with multiple stains including a big red one, and there was dirty underwear in the dresser. Even after cleaning thoroughly, I still find an ant, spider, or small roach every 2 or 3 days. I got the apartment because I'm on a budget, but if I could back I would have spent $200 more on rent a month for a bug-free, clean, apartment.
