Simply called Whittier, Whittier-Boulder is one of Boulder’s trendiest enclaves and illustrates the quirky, bohemian vibe the city is known for. Property Ratings at Creekside Apartments
The state I found the apartment in was disgusting. Bathroom had pee stains on toilet and shower, the mattress came with multiple stains including a big red one, and there was dirty underwear in the dresser. Even after cleaning thoroughly, I still find an ant, spider, or small roach every 2 or 3 days. I got the apartment because I'm on a budget, but if I could back I would have spent $200 more on rent a month for a bug-free, clean, apartment.
