Peaceful, great price, great amenities and amazing staff! Would recommend this place to look into for moving into! Being on the water, but not having to worry about flooding is a huge plus too!
It's a pretty good community. It's safe and the noise is minimal most of the time. The apartments are a bit older they don't have a lot of the upgrades that newer apartments have. And I think that the rent is a little high considering the age of the apartments. Maintenance is pretty good but it was better when we had the other maintenance guy that we've had forever I forget his name and the office staff seems nice but Jamie and Alyssa made it feel like home and they were so sweet and easy to work with and I think that everyone that lives here misses them.

CP Waterfront is a family oriented community. There is a quiet calm lakefront view that is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff are friendly and approachable.

I love living here! It’s a peaceful area and watching the sunset over the water is so serene and beautiful. Apartment living always has its challenges, but the staff is very friendly and prompt to take care of any issues. Being very dog friendly is just an added bonus to this lovely complex.

The community is quiet and peaceful. Work orders are completed the next day even if placed late the night before. The landscaping in my area could be upgraded and the sidewalks flood when it rains.

It’s too early to say how new management will be. I’ve lived here for six years, starting my 7th. The previous management was great in responding to concerns. It’s too soon to evaluate the current team, but I’m sure they are really busy with all the changes being made.

Parking could be less of a problem. People could be nicer to the guys who pick up the trash. Other residents could be considerate and pick up after their pets. It would have been nice to have been notified that we were under new management and that everything was going to undergo some changes before they started happening.

Love maintenance haven't met the new maintenment staff. I don't know what else I need to say. There are still the same problems that and won't be fix or changed because owners want money but doesn't want to fix the problems, so thank you for free rewards.

Living here has been nice. The pool is nice. The grounds are kept up except for some apartments that have too much junk on or around their patios or door entrances. Parking has been the biggest problem.

good place to live, quiet just one problem is that sometimes I can’t find parking in front of my building and have to park it away.. It just needs kids area or playground as safe place for them to play

CP Waterfront Apartments and Marinara is an upgrade from most I have seen out on the market. There are some things this apartment complex does different then most others, like the weekly pest control requests and the monthly filter check requests. Parking is a bit of a concern as sidewalks are often covered and handicap accessibility is often not an after thought for those with walkers and wheelchairs. Many people throughout the community have expressed problems within the apartments about people picking up after their pets. They have been working on improvements the whole time we have been on property, the new front sign looks great! The laundry room changes is still a work in progress. The bigger dog park still has not been started.

This is a wonderful place to live. It is crazy quiet. The staff are always attentive and helpful. Having the trash picked up at my door is a godsend. Neighbors are friendly and polite.

I have been living here for 3 years now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon...I might need to upgrade but I don't plan on leaving! The staff here are amazing! The maintenance crew always goes above and beyond. It's quiet and just a beautiful property.

We enjoy living here. Complex seems quiet and peaceful. We have had no major problems here and the office staff are always helpful. Also there is a dog park at the back of the complex which our pup seems to enjoy.

I’ve been here for 3 years and love the community. Maintenance requests are quick and never had issues with bugs or management! I enjoy living here and will continue to stay!

They take very good care of residents, and are very compassionate. The complex is clean and the other residents are very caring. The marina is pretty as well
