Property Ratings at Cove on the Bay
Management does nothing when it comes to complaints. No parking in lot, people smoking weed and selling drugs out of apartments. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors and there dogs barking 24/7. Kids running up and down the halls screaming.Mold in some apartments and bug problems. The garbage room is always full, people leave there garbage on the floor witch causes it to smell down the hallway. I can’t wait till my lease is up to move out.
You do not want to live here very noisy dirty Halls management does not care about you drugs being sold in the building you complain to management about things nothing gets done lot of residents complain to the management management says people don't pay their rent what's they do on time and have to go to court and pay court fees do not want to live here very bad environment
Do not move here especially if you have a family with more than 1 car. You are only allowed ONE parking space per family, and if you park in a park spot outside you receive a ticket from the police. The management here is terrible. They never want to help and always make an excuse as to why they take forever to get to your apartment. Also management is not friendly here. The laundry room is always dirty and a mess. You only have a set time for the laundry room and the gym. People smoke in the building and it’s pretty embarrassing when I bring my family over. Overall management and maintenance is awful here. I wish someone would have told me about this before I moved cuz now we are looking elsewhere.
