A very convenient location to live with many food and shopping centers. Whenever we've had any maintenance issues they are taken care of swiftly and professionally. Victor is always friendly and efficient helping us. Although security hasn't been the best throughout the years there is definitely been progress.

We've lived here approximately 5 years and haven't had anything but positive experiences with management and maintenance. Our service requests are always done promptly and efficiently. Shout out to Victor R! The office staff is very helpful whenever we have any questions. There were some issues with security but they've been consistent with new protocols. Overall a great place to rent.

We moved into the Courtyards at South Coast a year and a half ago, and from the moment we set foot on the grounds, I’ve loved it here. We never want to leave. One of the biggest reasons we feel so at home is because of Stacy and Victor. From the very beginning, Stacy made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience, and her kindness and professionalism continue to shine to this day. Victor has been equally incredible, handling maintenance requests with promptness, expertise, and a friendly attitude. No matter the issue, he’s always there to help and ensures everything is taken care of. With Stacy and Victor, we’ve always felt heard and cared for. They truly make this community feel special, and we’re so grateful to have them as part of our experience here. I have lived at Courtyards for over three years, and for the entire time, the maintenance department has been great! We have recently had Victor over the last few times, and he has been prompt to respond, fixed our issues/problems very quickly and always has a friendly attitude. When there was a leak in my ceiling from the rainstorms last winter, they immediately came over at 11PM to start patching up the ceiling and help me clean up the mess. Very happy with the service!

I have been here for 6 years. And I have been having a lot of issues lately just due to regular living. And i have to give a shout out for Staci & Victor for going above and beyond to help me out resolve a lot of issues. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon as when I make a call, they bend over backwards and for that i will always appreciate them!

I've been living here for only 6 months and I can't tell you how much I can't wait to move out! Let's start with the place having cockroaches when I moved in, the garage door didn't work for 3 days and parking is HORRIBLE. Now that my garage door works, my garage neighbor is like a nightmare from hell: parks on my side not allowing space for me to get in or out of my car, throws trash on my side, etc. Let's not forget the neighbors who constantly choose to fight at 2AM/3AM - and how lovely is it to have your clothes stolen from the dryer and nothing is done about it (notices to lock the laundry room). I mentioned all of this to management and they have been no help at all. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because of the location, but these apartments are like the ghetto within itself though. Outside the gates, the location is nice to have restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

This place is nice. The price is right and it includes 1 garage and 1 uncovered parking. It's a 4 start simply because there's hardly any visitor parking.
GREAT location & prices:) Very friendly neighbors and awesome maintenance crew.
