Property Ratings at Delta Village Apartments
I have lived here at 1459 Detroit Street in Denver , Colorado for over 2 years now. The rent went up slightly, which was a little disappointing, but in general I have been pleased with out stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the matenience guys. The building is a little older but they have been doing a bunch to spruce it up, including renovating old apartments, painting the stairways, rebuilding the concrete, and replacing and painting all new doors. They also recently added a codebox to the gate which really makes me feel more safe and secure. There are affordable washing and drying on site as well as a soda machine. We also have a parking spot out back which is nice. My only complaint is that they won't rennovate our apt until we move out, and we definitely have some normal wear and tear ( broken bathroom window, broken mirror, screens from the windows got blown out during storm, mold in bathroom ceiling) Also there is only one air conditioner, a very old and dusty one, but it is in the main living room. We had to buy a fan because the cold air would never reach the bedroom and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. I still have enjoyed it here enough to stay for over 2years, and really enjoy our neighbors company from the stairways on late summer nights.
