Tacony-Wissinoming sits next to I-95, the Delaware River, and directly across from the Tacony-Palmyra bridge into New Jersey. Most locals use cars to get around due to the proximity of major highways and the ease of street parking. Also, many apartments for rent include parking. Property Ratings at Cottage Street Apartments
German roaches absolutely everywhere. They tried to bring in pest control 3 times and it did nothing, they are infesting the entire building pouring out of the walls. Saw about 50 in my apartment in the 30 days I was scarcely there (trying to keep away from the nasty pests). Do yourself a favor and dont get anywhere near this building
huge new apartments at a price this affordable! That is all i was looking for and this place is it. parking is a breeze here also in the new parking lot
I wish i could give them 0 stars they don't even deserve 1! I called inquiring about this apartment listing and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and talked down to me. He also totally blew me off when I asked about seeing the apartment and said no one would be around to show me an apartment for WEEKS. Needless to say I won't be calling back this place obviously doesn't need my business.
