Things have improve since last Administration! However, the"speed bumps" was a good idea for the 15 mph but the cars/trucks don't even slow down for them. It is still dangerous to pull out of the "covered parking" without being hit! Also, why don't they "water" the area across the pond or the area around our Cottage (11001)? Other areas i noticed are watered frequenty?

A nice place to live. Clean, quiet, feels like a neighborhood. Amenities are typical. Landscaping needs some work. We renewed and hope to do so again unless prices go up.

Moved in yesterday - gave punch list to office and the gal working basically disregarded us saying "shower was cleaned to standards", but we have mold and mildew and filthy shower door sweep. Many areas of cottage too dirty- door thresholds, patios, etc

We have enjoyed living here. We were ready to get out of apartment life and have a yard but weren’t ready for a house yet. This is the perfect middle ground for our growing family!

This is hands down the best place to live. It's beautiful and very very peaceful. They are super dog friendly and the backyard is perfect for my 2 dogs. 10/10 recommended we will be signing another lease here.
Pleasant quiet community. Great amenities. Easy access to area. Very close to restaurants and large theater. My home is extremely well equipped with appliances. Surrounding area is wooded with abundant wildlife. Saw deer close by last night

Still have a problem "why" all of a sudden no light on pond after 10. Sent numerous messages - always promised to fix it? Also they sent several messages that "knobs" would be installed on doors?
We enjoy the peace and quiet in our location. The deer and ducks are so calming to watch! The maintenance team is amazing. We get prompt response to our concerns.
Love it! Since new company took over the lawn/plant maintenance is finally being taken care of! That was the only thing that that bothered me. Office people are awesome too!
The landscapers did an amazing job solving all my issues. They maybe went overboard resodding my entire back yard. Now I need my sprinklers attended to. With the new sod the riser doesn’t come up high enough.
The application process was not difficult. The hard part is getting consistent information the week we were moving in because there were so many different people, temps included, in the office. The community is clean and very quiet. We have had zero issues here and are looking forward to being active in the community. Everyone has been professional and friendly.
Didn’t feel special. Paid money, picked up jet, and was sent on our way. The apartment still had cobwebs. Nothing too bad, but nothing special or noteworthy either.
Great living here, Neighbors and peaceful is what keeps me here. They are diligent at working to get the property to look great. It is frustrating sometimes that I have to talk to someone new every time I visit the office and have to explain myself. Not enough to sway my decision to live here. I intend on renewing my lease to see this property grow .

Communicate upon moving in is lacking and unclear. People have been changing constantly in the office. While everyone is very nice, it feels as if the constant changes perpetuate a level of confusion.

We’re still new here but so far we’ve been very pleased. The grounds are well kept and always look so nice. It’s nice and peaceful here. The cottage is pretty and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a place to live.

The community is quiet and safe, and I rarely heard my neighbors. I wish there were wider or more walking paths for exercise. I think management could focus more on engaging with residents about updates rather than just aesthetic improvements like planting flowers or conducting yoga classes. Parking was one of the biggest frustrations. If you choose a home with a spot in front of it, don’t assume it’s yours unless you paid for it. Parking depends entirely on the consideration of your neighbors, and unfortunately, mine consistently blocked my gate with their truck, making it difficult to even enter my own home. Despite multiple complaints, management didn’t do much to resolve the issue. They’ve replaced things on residents’ homes without any notice—something the previous owners would have communicated in advance. Other issues included pest control concerns (finding rat droppings in my shed despite pest control being included in rent.
A really nice and clean community. It’s also quiet but you do see neighbors out and about walking their pets. The office staff was very friendly helping us get our lease signed quickly. I’d definitely recommend this place.
Responsive with request, the property is kept clean and tidy, and the residents are nice and friendly. This is my second year here, and just now under new management, but they have been great and communicative since the transition
I just wish to have a kids playground or park. Something for toddlers entertainment and play. Otherwise it is really nice to live here. That’s why I don’t rate 5 star.

The dog park needs more lights at night, and it’s needs to be monitored better for people not picking up after their dogs and for people leaving spent cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it’s clean, safe, and well maintained.

I currently live in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in this wonderful complex, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great place to call home. The facilities are excellent, and the management team does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and in top condition. One of my favorite things about living here is the abundance of outdoor spaces. There are plenty of areas for walking, which is perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a relaxing stroll. Whether it’s the beautifully landscaped grounds or the quiet atmosphere, this complex truly feels like a retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained place to live.
