I have been residing at this community since August and have noticed that whether it is maintenance or the office or updates about a community matter the whole teams responds in a very swift manner. They do so with courtesy and words seasoned with salt that make me feel like they really want to help me. Big shout out to Raul for fixing my washing machine and coming in on a Sunday to do it, he was a model of service and I am very grateful. Thanks Raul!

I was very nervous about moving to Texas so finding a good comforting place to call home was crucial. I’m so happy I found Cortland Seven Meadows! From the friendly, inviting atmosphere to the awesome teams running this place keeping it together, its a great place to call home :)
Cortland seven meadows is a great place to rent in an amazing community! It’s so conveniently located near I-10 and route 1093, it makes getting anywhere you need a breeze! The apartments and amenities are super taken care of and exceeded my expectations!
A beautiful place to stay with beautiful environs and with an essence of modernity. It is a safe place for kids. The apartments are spacious and possess a good cooling system and well maintained pool, gym and grounds.

The ladies Ericka and Maggie are so polite and very professional. They are constantly making it happen with so much grace. Ericka helped me with my whole move in process as it was a trying time for myself but she assured me she had everything handled. I appreciate her until this day. Maggie helped me carry out a large rather heavy box to my car. I really enjoyed interacting with these ladies when I need them. The maintenance guy had also been very productive updating new things throughout my apartment as needed in an awesome timeframe.
Very good place, quick and accurate help from front desk and supporting staff. Friendly community, well organized events, clean place to live.
Polite staffs, convenient location, safe neighborhood.
We are new from Ukraine and have found the apartment to be beautiful and serene. There are many nice families and lovely places to walk. It has been a good experience.

Cortland seven meadows is really the best community that I would definitely recommend to anyone. All services provided here are really excellent. Front desk people are always there for you to help in any of your queries. The community is well maintained with the super cool swimming pool, gym , beautiful trees , plants. They organize a few events to bring fun and laughter to community residents. Recently, they have organized a blanket theatre with minions movie in which we had lots of fun. I recommend cortland seven meadows .

These apartments are very quite and luxurious. I love living here, very quite, very clean, amenities are awesome. So far am a happy resident and that’s why I renewed my lease for 18 months. The management are very responsive. The community is well maintained and have not heard any security issues. The maintenance team, is top notch and their response time is excellent I must say.

Cortland at Seven Meadows is a good community area with mixed group of ethnicity and culture. The property is maintained well and their service team is quick and fast . The beauty of the aparment complex is that its promximity to great schools and higways. Would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for sending their kids to Beckendorff Junior High or Seven Lakes High school.

I love my apartment! The finishes are top notch and my neighbors are super nice. Theres a pet station right by my hallway which is super convenient. No complaints!

If you’re looking for a fun, family friendly community Cortland Seven Meadows is the place for you! Not only is it a beautiful location but the activities and events are always exciting. From movie nights at the pool to back to school events for the kiddos makes this community one of a kind. The staff is wonderful and I have been a resident for almost two years now! Lovely apartments.
