I have resided here for many years and they have become an extended family for my well being. I work and it's nice to cone home to a Beautiful environment, safe, and with convenient amenities: clean pools, gym, and gathering at the leasing office for special occasions fir the community.

Apartment complex is very nice and they are constantly trying to improve the community for the residents. The food trucks are a wonderful bonus. Once you sign the lease, they don't forget about you and check that if everything is good and respond to concerns and quickly. They also have community events scheduled on occasions.

I love the place, I love the people, I love the community and location and how centered it is in the Kendall area. But the parking situation would prevented me from wanting to renew contract with Cortland. It is truly a nightmare to find parking, and the parking spots are extremely small, my car has been scratched multiple times.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the incredible activities our community organizes! The recent Halloween event was nothing short of spectacular. From the beautifully decorated spaces to the creative and engaging activities for residents of all ages, but especially for our kids, it was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making it a memorable experience for everyone. The event truly brought our community together, creating an atmosphere of fun, excitement, and connection. It’s moments like these that remind me of how lucky we are to live in such a well-managed and thoughtful neighborhood. I’m also impressed with the variety of activities planned throughout the year. Cortland King Meadow is a very nice and quiet place to stay as family. I have met neighbors who are living here for more than 8 years. I love the location and the team who make you feel as a community. I think the management should be more selective about the people who apply to the apartments here and once the new residents apply they must be more specific about the respect of the common areas where all residents shared in order to preserve the peace. I definitely recommend this place for those who wants to be part of a large family. The program scheduled by Fitness team is AWESOME. Yoga classes, Zumba classes are SPECTACULAR and even AQUA ZUMBA by the pool it definitely make the difference among other places. I love it ??
These people lied and kept our security deposit after they broke the lease 2 months early so they could remodel our unit and told us not to worry about cleaning. There are tons of hidden fees. The place has rats and tons of roaches. What you see, is not what you get. Shame on you!

We do our best to be as clear as possible with all final account statements, detailing the reason for any charges deducted from security deposits as clearly as possible. We do not charge for normal wear and tear, but do charge for the expense of any repairs beyond that. Likewise, all fees are disclosed clearly both in writing in our leases as well as verbally. If residents ever have any questions regarding fees, we are also happy to go over those with them, so we regret to hear that you did not have the opportunity to get that clarity. Pest control is also available to all residents via the resident portal and we take any reports of pests very seriously. Once a pest control ticket is received, our team will inspect the home and apply necessary treatment until it is resolved to the residents' satisfaction. I been living here for 7 years so far I have found a place where I feel safe and we’re I feel like home. The place is very beautiful and friendly I have never had a complaint with any neighbors. Management is super friendly and attentive every time I need maintenance they handle the same or next day. I work from home and is being a blessing finding this place.

Don’t live on the bottom two floors. You hear EVERYTHING above you. The people at the leasing office are very kind. But get ready for your rent to sky rocket after your lease is up. The security gate? Never working and always broken on the ground. The trash collection? Only great when the actual trash compactor is working. Maintenance people? Amazing. They are quick to respond and very professional. But the noise level and smoking is the reason we are leaving. We always have headphones on. Always. You can even hear the drop of a pin coming from the upstairs apartment. The rent price? It’s a mortgage payment. And it’ll keep going up. I have zero renovations done. And yet they keep upping the rent

This condo is beautiful and super convenient to live in. The administration answers super fast and help you out with anything you need. Neighbors are really nice too.

Just moved in August of 2023 and I have no complaints thus far! Laura the community manager made the moving in process an ease! The gym is up to date and always clean, pools are up kept, and the neighborhood is calm. Highly recommend living here !

Mudarnos a Cortland King Meadow fue sin duda alguna la mejor decisión . La amabilidad, el respeto, la atención al cliente, la limpieza de las áreas comunes así como de la piscina, el confort y la seguridad que ofrecen a sus residentes es significativa.
