Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well they treat residents and try to work with Cortland as a whole to make sure that we're taken care of.

Everything is great here . No complaints . Plenty of parking . Dana in maintenance does an amazing job , Dylan in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. The surrounding area has plenty of stores .

Was a very easy and pleasant experience getting into an apartment. Dylan has always been very pleasant, professional and courteous. It's a nice little apartment complex in a convenient spot and we've been pleased with our apartment so far.
I really am happy I decided to move here. I toured 20 apartments in the greater Columbus area & couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Cortland Hilliard. Dana & Dylan are amazing staff members that keep the property well kept, safe, & make it a great place to live. Their customer service/hospitality & positive energy is everything you want when it comes to finding a new place to live.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love it hereee. The manager Dylan is fantastic and will solve anything for you. The maintenance lady Diana is the best person you’ll ever meet. She deserves a big ole raise haha along with Dylan haha! Our dogs love the dog park here, they always have to pull me because they know exactly where to go. I will say the rent of living here is hella expensive but still it has everything that you want in this complex!! 1000/10

As a resident since the beginning, we have been thru several property management companies, staff changes and even a name change! I have to say that the current staff has far exceeded all previous. In addition to the property location and amenities, having an office and maintenance staff that truly goes above and beyond to address any issues, even before they become issues, makes a big difference in enjoying where you call home. Kudos to Dylan and Dana, both whom diligently go out of their way to make sure that not only are the residents needs are being addressed but to also make them feel cared about and looked out for. All great things from this apartment complex. Quiet neighborhood, awesome amenities and management is great. Staff has gone above and beyond. They are very attentive, patient and kind. It’s great to see management and staff actually care for their residents. I honestly cannot say that I’ve had an experience like this with anywhere else I have lived. Shout out to properly staff Dylan. He’s been wonderful my time here. Dana has also fixed any maintenance issues at the speed of light. She’s the best!

My positive experience with the Peyton Park community is the primary reason that I have renewed my lease four consecutive years. The admin/management team is genuinely sincere, and concerned that every residents voice is heard and acted upon...regardless of the outcome.
Ever since Cortland took management of Peyton Park, the staff at Peyton Park has been absolutely amazing to work with. I have never had anybody respond back to me faster than the team here. You can’t get better customer service anywhere else.
Cortland provides effective, efficient and exceptional customer service
Peyton Park is a great choice if you are looking for a one or two bedroom apartment. The apartments are updated and very welcoming. The office staff, Macey and Jim, and service team, Clint and Tyler, are very prompt and friendly! The conveniently located pet stations are great for our dogs. Peyton Park is also located in the Hilliard city school district, which our kids really love. The location is also great because it's very close to Speedway, CVS, Kroger, Target, and a lot of other stores and restaurants!

peyton park is actually a nice place to live. we've had no problems so far (dont expect any either.) management is on top of everything, the only downfall would be parking but besides that i would highly recommend to anyone.
Living at Peyton Park has been AMAZING so far! The units are clean kept with wide open windows and vaulted ceilings (in some units, not all, but mine just happens to have them), quiet neighbors, great proximity to the highway and retail centers, and the price of living is pretty hard to beat elsewhere! Everyone on the property is extremely kind - from maintenance to management, neighbors too. Noise complaints are practically non-existent here, everyone seems to respect each other enough to keep noise levels to a bare minimum if at all. The property is always clean-kept and you constantly see Peyton Park's employees with a smile on their face (you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they are doing and are happy to help with anything they can). They constantly go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are well taken care of and I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

Peyton park has exceeded expectations so far. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool and clubhouse area are great. Landscaping is also classy. The location is convenient and safe. Inside the apartments are where Peyton park shines. They are super clean, modern and well maintained. They are pretty quiet over all and good sized units. There was some good planning with the layout and materials used which is always welcomed. The management at Peyton has been stellar, especially Ally. She has made the move in process so easy with her great communication and organization skills. You can tell she really cares about her job. I would strongly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Peyton Park and the leasing team onsite. Peyton park is AMAZING !!!!!!!!! I have never lived somewhere that is so clean, friendly, and gives that home feeling . The staff is amazing , work orders done quickly and efficiently!!!!! I am so happy i chose to live here i will absolutely renew my lease when its time . You absolutely want this to be your home

Peyton Park is such a lovely place! My son and I were so excited when we saw the apartment - we looked at so many, and Peyton Park was by far the best. Lindsay, the community manager, made the application and lease process so simple. On moving day, Lindsey was there to welcome us. She took the time to review our paperwork once again, and gave us info on everything we needed to know as new residents. We even received a cute little gift! I highly recommend Peyton Park - it’s a great place to live, in a great neighborhood, with great people.

Living at Peyton Park hasn't simply been living at an apartment -- it's been living in a genuine community. From the moment I moved in to more than a year later, I'm so happy, if not proud, to live in a community that's so friendly, clean, and well taken care of. The very few things I've ever needed here have been immediately responded to, and I absolutely love all of the events hosted at the community. My neighbors AND the property management team are both terrific. I couldn't ask for anything more in a place to live.

Never got a chance to stay at the property but the customer service is supreme! Lindsey went out of her way to make the application process an easy and efficient one. I was given a live Skype tour with just a moments notice where she also answered many of my questions. The staff were knowledgeable and respectful. It was a far cry from other renting experiences I've had. Thanks Lindsey, keep up the good work!

The buildings are very new and the leasing agent Lindsey has been outstanding and a delight to work with! The sign up process was very easy and the rents are fair. The units feel clean, spacious, and modern with high ceilings. Loving every second of it!

I've been here for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the staff. Lindsey always goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure the community is a safe and friendly community. Every time I email her she responds right away and if she is unavailable to help she makes sure the rest of the staff know what is going on. Maintenance is fast and friendly. I've never had a problem with a work order being taken care of fast and efficiently.
