Genesis, in the leasing department, has been very helpful, nice, professional when we moved in and while we are here she always follows up and makes sure our stay is pleasant. The maintenance team has been very fast responsive and professionals in some small issues we had inside the unit. We are happy we chose this complex to live in. It’s being nothing but joyful!

When I first became a member of the community there was 24 hour access to everything and as kind as you were quiet and respectful you could use them. Late nights at the hot tub brought me peace. Between having the pool area locked up early and the damage done to my vehicle doors because of tight parking spots… the community has been frustrating to deal with.
I love my community! Marissa, Michael, Genesis, and James, our community managers, leasing agent, and concierge are all amazing and go above and beyond to help make our community a home! Thank you all for all you do!

The experience I've had here at Cortland Farmers Market since Marissa and Michael, and the rest of the team here has been PHENOMENAL! I only expect it to get better because they have shown me that they are standing on business here to make Cortland Farmers Market THE BEST EXPERIENCE for everyone that lives here...for ME!
The staff has been very helpful and accommodating.
The best thing this property has going for it is the staff. The leasing staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Anthony (property manager) tends to always go above and beyond for his tenants and even prospective tenant; same for the staff he employs. And the building staff do their best to keep the building running nicely, and to keep it clean. They also tend to have consistent events for tenants, which is nice if you’re a social person. Now, the cons would have to be the parking situation. It has a garage (only two levels; would have definitely benefited to have three levels) with small spaces and not enough non reserved spaces for tenants. You almost are forced to pay for a reserved spot (that has doubled in price) if you want to park in the garage and happen to work late or are out enjoy a night on the town; by this time all non reserved spots are full or there may be a couple too tight to squeeze into. Overall the complex is okay. Neighbors are friendly, most try to keep it clean (there are always some slobs wherever you go), and the farmers market across the street is okay.
This is my 3rd year at Cortland Farmers Market. Other than minor issues, that are quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the team. They are relatable, caring and effective.
The management and staff here are a pleasure to work with. I rarely have issues but everytime I do, they do what they can to help. The apartment is clean and well kept.
A very effective and knowledgeable management team. The staff is prompt with addressing our rare issues. The facility is warm and inviting. The maintenance team is second to none! They are highly skilled and effective.
I have truly enjoyed living at the Cortland Farmers Market. The entire staff from the front office to maintenance is beyond accommodating. Michael and Anthony are the leasing agents and are always willing to help and do what they can for their residents. James the concierge is just the best. I am sad to leave the apartment, only because I am purchasing a house, otherwise I would live there as long as they would let me.

Cortland Farmers Market is a very stress free, friendly living environment. A member of the management team, is always accessible, and responsive to needs. The building is always well maintained. We have lived here for 2 years, and is very satisfied with the outreach and care shown from our team. A far better improvement from other rentors, that I have experienced.
I toured the community over the weekend and the staff were so helpful! Anthony and Genesis were so great! I'm moving from Houston and they made the touring experience so easy and answered all my questions and made myself and my parents feel comfortable. I haven't made my decision yet, but they made me feel like the right choice is with them!

This property is a good community. The front office staff are always great and willing to help as much as they can. Anthony (the community manager) was the star that helped me when I submitted my application. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in and able to do it at the preferred date. You can normally catch him at the community events (along with his other staff) socializing with the residents and just building a sense of community with everyone. It’s been a great place to live, so far. It is literally across the street from the farmers market, so that is an even bigger plus. There’s always something to do, or eat!
From the Staff and the Amenities this community has everything you can want! I love living near the farmers market. Always steps away from your home grown veggies and different choices of food you can’t go wrong. The staff was a huge part of moving in as they are all so sweet and ALWAYS willing to help.

The amenities are stunning, the finishes inside each unit are beautiful. The staff is very helpful. I had my eyes set on a specific floorplan but it wasn’t available when I was looking. Michael and Anthony continuously checked in with me to see if something else might have caught my eye there; but the floorplan I wanted finally came up and Anthony called me to let me know. Michael was able to show me the unit when it was ready and answer all my questions. Definitely worth the wait! I love it here and everyone is so nice.

These apartments are Great! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Facility offers a large amount of Amenities and your gotta love the view from the roof top pool. When family come to visit, it is so close to downtown. I would recommend staying here.

I have been looking at this community for the last 2.5 years now. Due to community availability and my company timeframe it never panned out. When I did have an opportunity to live here, I didn’t take it because of the reviews from a couple of years ago. BUT my company referred your community to my business colleague and he LOVES it. I’ve visited him a few times and wish I made the decision to rent here when I had the chance. The manager was laughing and engaging with people in the lobby which was nice and different to see. The leasing team always acknowledge me when I come to visit. If my current job keep me in town I will most definitely inquire about their availability again for future leasing!

I recently relocated from Los Angeles & have been dealing with the weight of picking up everything & starting fresh in a new city. this place is awful. I have let so many things slide since living here but for the amount that it costs to live here is NOT worth it. -they don’t clean the apartments prior to move in (see pictures below) My apartment has an awful smell of pet odor and cigarettes and the air filter has not been changed. Also my refrigerator was not working when I moved in. -When i moved in my key didn’t work and I had to sit outside the unit for hours until maintenance came with a new key -parking garage barely has any spaces and you have to find street parking most of the time. If you do get lucky and find a spot it is ridiculously small and you have to worry about your car getting hit. -fire alarms and power will go off multiple times a month in the middle of the night -elevator only works half the time. They randomly close the trash chutes. Amenities barely work. -management will NEVER respond to you. Once you sign a lease, they do not care. If you call too many times they’ll start ignoring you. I had to call using a new number and oh look they answered because they thought I was a new customer. Overall, please do not live here it’s not worth it. such a disappointment from what seemed like a promising place to live.

I had insanely high hopes for this property but as my lease comes to an end soon I’m incredibly disappointed. So many issues with the fire alarms it’s unbelievable!! Non-stop alarm issues that happen a minimum of once a month and always in the middle of the night. Unprofessional maintenance staff that yell and barge in when they have to do any sort of routine maintenance which is absolutely unprofessional when so many people work from home. They have also come under a new property manager and he truly is so beyond rude and rough. No customer service skills whatsoever making this place not feel like a home. So many promises for amenities and over a year later still not offering all of them… Lastly, it’s recently gotten filthy around the common areas and residents blasting loud music in the pool area with no action taken so it can be an amenity enjoyed by all. Very very disappointed overall when I was so excited when I first moved in. I’m general very easygoing with the apartments I live in, but all of these issues have finally added up and I’ve simply had enough. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

We understand fire alarms going on can be frustrating, we are aware they have had some malfunctions and we are working on doing some further testing. When submitting a service request, there is an option to leave a note telling our service team to come by at a specific time you are at home. We make sure to review these notes before entering and do our best to be mindful of those who do work from home. We would be happy to show you how to include those notes if you would like. We do our best to address noise complaints as we receive them by first contacting the building first. We encourage our residents to let us know anytime there is a disturbance so that we can address them as soon as possible. This place is a dumpster fire. This newly-constructed apartment building looks prematurely terrible. The carpets are already severely stained, the walls are riddled with skid marks, the exterior apartment doors are chipped, and the stairwells and elevators are constantly drenched in puddles of dog urine. Management does not care whatsoever. They don’t bother to return calls and hide in the break room to avoid any accountability. Do NOT believe management if they tell you anything will be completed by a certain date. It is clear they lied to the existing residents about when amenities would be available. To date, our only amenities are the gym and the pool when it is not closed for service — and it is often closed for service. Everything else residents were promised in exchange for an average rental price that is approximately 20% more than other similar apartments in the area has yet to materialize. It is clear that this building was nowhere ready to accept paying residents, yet here we all are, paying an elevated price for luxury amenities we are not receiving.
This community could be so great, but it disappoints at every turn. The building itself is dirty and already looks run down. Many of the promised amenities are still unavailable, despite assurances that they would be functioning by now. The staff is apathetic to any complaints. Most elevators were not functioning during our move. It was a total nightmare, with no one from Cortland on premises to provide assistance. The fire alarms are constantly being tested, most times without notice and blaring constantly for periods lasting over five minutes at a time. Security is lacking, as exterior doors are consistently wedged open. I had high hopes for this building, but I honestly wish I had moved anywhere but here. People are frustrated and they really don’t seem to care.
This self-described four-star property leaves a lot to be desired. The amenities for this building are far from ready for use by the residents who are paying for them. The elevators are constantly out of service. Many doors to the interior remain wide open at all times, so security and safety are non-existent. The lobby remains closed. The much-hyped rooftop bar is non-existent. The fitness center lacks promised amenities and there is no wi-fi available, which is necessary to operate some of the equipment. Residents here did not have mail service for nearly ONE MONTH. No mail for a month. While the staff passed the buck on this issue and explained it as ‘out of our control,’ this ridiculous problem turned out to be the Cortland staff’s failure to simply label the mailboxes with the corresponding residents’ names. This simple task took nearly a month to perform while residents waited in vain for checks, medications, and other vital correspondence to arrive from the United States Postal Service. The single small pool is often overcrowded, as some residents bring multiple guests in violation of Cortland’s guest policies, which are not remotely enforced. The parking lot is filled with unauthorized cars, limiting parking space for the actual paying residents. On weekends, Farmer’s Market vendors frequently park in the guest parking, leaving no parking for guests of the actual residents. The staff is polite but take no accountability for the many issues plaguing this supposed luxury apartment unit. Every single issue brought up is somehow “out of their control.” One wonders what is in their control and why they are being employed. Already, the entire building appears to be in a state of disrepair. The walls are smeared with skid marks and scrapes. The carpets are riddled with stains, some clearly from people dragging their leaking trash to the trash room. This is likely because the promised trash cans for the ‘valet trash service,’ which we are all being charged for, have never materialized. A review of Cortland Farmer’s Market Would not be complete without the mention of fire alarms. Fire alarms go off at all hours of the day for extended periods of time. During this time, of course, it is impossible to work, sleep, have quiet time with your children, or do anything but hope that the piercing noise goes away soon. And it never does. Cortland Farmer’s Market opened far before they were ready to do so, and the residents are literally paying the price for it.
