It’s a pretty good community. They have a lot of community events. The parking lot and spots are very tiny. You get dinged all the time. We had expensive parts stolen from our car. The pool is small but has a hot tub. The fitness center is pretty good.

The Cortland Broomfield Team has been phenomenal since day 1 of our moving in last year. They have been cordial and accommodating with every request or question we have had while we have lived here. We had to switch apartments to increase in size and they more than helpful. They also provide events to help break the ice with other neighbors and create a more neighborly/family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this neighborhood, complex, and management team to anyone looking to move within the Broomfield area.

I have been a resident of this community for over four years and I’ve only had great experiences. The front desk management are very kind and friendly. The staff that does Repairs are quick and efficient. If I have anything from my burnt lightbulb to needing a door handle fixed the request lightbulb immediately process and I get someone same day or within 48 hours. The property is very clean and very quiet. You don’t have party noises or dogs barking at all times of the day. Any complaints are taken very seriously. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking at moving. Very convenient access to I 36 and Wadsworth. Hospital right down the street.

I toured here and ended up moving down the street since they had a killer move in special. Cortland Broomfield at the time didn’t have a move in special and now I know why, they didn’t need one! They were upfront and honest and I wish I would have moved here. Once my current lease is up, ill moving to Cortland broomfield.

We recently moved into Cortland Broomfield and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience! The community is centrally located and it is just the right size- not so large that maintenance can’t keep up or amenities are always too busy. It is quiet, the apartments are beautifully finished and are very spacious, parking is ample and easy, there are lots of great amenities (including some in each building, not just the community clubhouse), there are elevators and mailboxes in each building, no valet trash (which we appreciate!), and the staff are so friendly! We’ve also enjoyed the community events which include food trucks that come out and workout classes. The rent is steep but comparable to other communities. Overall, we love it here and highly recommend it!

The logistics of life are planned out at Cortland Broomfield, meaning you don't just exist here - you can live here. Building quality is very solid, with good insulation (both heating and sound, even when living next to a main road), and appliances are modern/high quality. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, willing to help whenever they can (both maintenance and general staff). Cortland Broomfield was also developed to be a place to live, not milk people for money - look at the design of the build complex and the noise reduction designed into the build layout. From satellite or street view, you'll see a huge difference from the nearby cookie cutter, square apartments. Perhaps it's not surprising then Cortland Broomfield has consistently higher reviews than these neighboring complexes... I highly recommend taking a tour to get a sense of how this complex makes you feel. It addresses those subconscious worries always plaguing you at poorly managed, overpriced apartment complexes, enabling you to be the best person you can. This seems to be Cortland's MO, and it's incredibly well executed here! Highly recommended - you will not be sorry.

Would be here if it weren't for the commute!
Toured this location before signing a lease at another Cortland property that made more sense with my commute. The touring process was so simple & felt comfortable with the leasing agent as they asked several questions about my wants & needs for a living space. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We regret to hear that you have been unhappy in your time at Cortland Broomfield. Our service team works to complete all requests in a timely manner. If you are experiencing any issues in your home, please submit a service ticket and we will address it as soon as possible. We do send resident satisfaction surveys to gauge how we are doing, however we have standards in place that will prevent residents from being surveyed more than once a month. However, if the initial survey email is ignored, a reminder will be sent 4 days after the initial email. Regarding noise, while some of our buildings are near the main road, we also have many buildings that are further back as an option. We are always happy to discuss transferring to another building if noise from the road is a concern. While we have not found any resident or guest to have discharged a firearm, if this were to happen it would be grounds for immediate removal from our community. Additionally, while we can never guarantee crime will not make its way into our neighborhood, we have been working with the local police to prevent it from occurring here. Cortland at Broomfield is a great place to live. Lots of dogs around, friendly people, and the apartments are very comfortable. Everything is modern and updated, the insulation is great, and if we ever need anything, the maintenance team is always there to help. We love living here. The community is friendly, the building and lot are always clean, and there is always available parking near our entrance. Pet friendly and it shows. I love seeing all the dogs around. Our apartment itself is wonderful and spacious, plenty of room for our pets to run around and insulated so well that we barely have to use our heater in the winter.

If you want a well-maintained property, with a community spirit, noise-free and safe, this is the place for you. I have been here over 2 years now, the staff is super friendly, eager to assist and the maintenance staff are professional and quick to resolve any issues. Our interactions are genuine and the property is very close to2 hotels, a starbucks and a few restaurants all walking distance. I highly recommend this appartment building. I toured around 8 apartment complexes in Broomfield and Westminster and found that Cortland Broomfield provides exceptional value that other apartments do not have. They have a wonderful staff and a competent maintenance team. Safety and privacy is also great here, and they keep apartment living interesting with food trucks and hosted events. Lots of office staff turnover. Poor plumping. Thin walls. Trash rooms smell terrible and they try to hide it with glade plug ins. Have planted flowers by the entrances that attract tons of bees.

I love it here. I've been here for about 5 months, and I'm so glad I did my research and found this place. I have found nothing but evidence for all the positive reviews that I initially found online. The management team makes living here fun and pleasant. I love the pool and hot tub area. It's so quiet, too. And not to mention, my apartment, with all its features and updated fixtures, has become my own little oasis among the pandemic.

Cortland Broomfield has been all around a positive experience. The staff has always been nothing short of professional and respectful, and helpful when we're in need. There have been bumps here and there with misunderstanding exact pricing when moving in and being fair with conflict resolution regarding a noise complaint, but otherwise they have been all around pleasant to work with! I'd still reccomend the community to a friend or family member looking for an apartment in the Broomfield area.

I had been touring and looking at a number of apartments in the area for weeks, and the moment I toured Cortland Broomfield, I knew my search was over. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, full of updated features, and secure. I feel very safe living alone in a 1-bedroom apartment at this complex. The complex is less than a 15-minute walk to the bus station, where I catch the bus to work in Boulder. There are gym facilities in each building and in the clubhouse. The pool is heated and open year round! What makes me so thrilled about my choice to live at Cortland Broomfield, though, are the staff members. All my questions and concerns have been promptly answered. They let us know immediately when something is out of service via text and email, and they (actually) fix it quickly. My kitchen sink was having trouble draining, and it ended up being kind of tough clog. The service staff was responsive, respectful, and tenacious: they came back three times over the course of the day to try different tools and ensure they left it fixed. The support staff and community here is unbeatable!
