Cortland has a lot of potential. Some of the staff are very nice and some of the staff you can tell don’t want to be there. They use false advertising by showing off a pool that is not even accessible , for quite some time now. It can be a good neighborhood if they put in some effort.

I’ve been living here over a year and I love it! Great staff & positive vibes! Paul and the leasing office are awesome & Alexis and the maintenance team are the best! Efficient, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Property and units are beautiful & clean. Safe area. Definitely my favorite complex I’ve ever lived in South Florida. Plus the sunsets from my balcony can’t be beat.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Paul’s excellent customer service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure all my question were answered. Overall the courtland community is pretty good. The maintenance is amazing, and they have been slowly updating the community to be fully renovated. One complaint i have is some of the amenities not being open or operational. Last complaint is the billing and charges, there are multiple charges for the same things and not a lot of clarity. Example: Water 20.00 water and sewer 30.00 water fee: 15.00

My experience 5 star , is related to maintenance team , Humberto and Melvin are being very helpful and cordial with our family , every single morning they take their time to say good morning , ask for the family and that’s something that I personally appreciate it. Also when something is going on in the apartment , they come and fix it right away .

DONT MOVE HERE. Too expensive with almost no amenities available. Parking is horrible and the towing policy is even worse. Many things are outdated like the a/c. You can’t even conveniently pay for rent without a fee if you’re locked out of the e-check system. Just scammers.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how amazing the office staff has been to me at this property! Paul and the property manager went above and beyond to help me with the parking situation. I love that the gym is now open 24 hours and made accessible for people with difficult schedules. I definitely recommend this property because the office staff make living here a pleasure.

En esta comunidad los parqueaderos son muy estrechos en ocasiones no se encuentran disponibles, vivo aquí hace más de un año y la zona social la remodelaron pero lleva más de 4 meses cerrada por falta de un permiso, no hay parque para niños, el gym lo abren solo en horario de oficina (10am a 5pm) no existe un ambiente acogedor y agradable en COMUNIDAD.

The beautiful walking trail beside the apartment is what drew me to this community. I love that they offer food trucks, social events, they are pet friendly and I always find a spot in front of my building which is huge for a Miami apartment!

If you like running, walking, or biking daily this is the place for you. The complex is located on the hammocks lakeside trail which is a huge perk. It was hard to find a place in the area that would allow my medium sided dog, but this place is very pet friendly (the trail is also awesome for walking your dog). I have lived here for almost 3 years and really like it.

I love living in this beautiful community! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the amenities are fantastic, including a great gym and multiple pools. The lake view is stunning, and the regular community events make it easy to feel connected. Highly recommend!

Rats in every attic in every domain, hardwood flooring that you can roll out in a roll figure that one out. Plus carpeting no more than 35 cents a square foot if that. If you have a 24-hour job then it's a great place to live.

Not recommended, you pay for amenities tou cannot use
moving into a new place is a real challenge! Many factors need to be taking into consideration. Cortland team makes this experience convenient and easy to make the decision comfortable and enjoyable. Congratulations to the Cortland team for the professional customer service.

Very overpriced for the quality of life. Residents have no consideration for their neighbors. Spiders, ants, and other bugs live here too, and pest control is not helpful.
My experience has been excellent. I have nothing bad to say about the Residences, it is a nice place to live.
The team are the best,always happy and always make you feel yours concerns are the only.
From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with warmth and an impressive knowledge of the community. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident about considering this complex as my new home. Jessica was equally delightful! Her friendliness and helpfulness made the application process a breeze. she provided valuable insights about the area and truly made me feel like a valued potential resident. Overall I felt like I was in a welcoming atmosphere that wasn’t just informative, but enjoyable. I left with a smile and excitement about possibly calling this place home!
