Thoroughly disappointed on how the transition took place. I’ve live in some high end areas and have always had a leasing team that advocates for there residents. That is not the case here. Getting in contact with the office was a challenge at first which was understandable but when I finally got in contact, I faced a forward individual that made it clear that my expectation on assistance should be held to the ground. I was ultimately met with no solution for my problem. This has led me to leave the community with a horrible taste in my mouth. If you have a little to no engagement with management, you may have a decent experience but prepare for a team that lacks empathy, understanding and desire to resolve.
Worst management and leasing staff's. People at the leasing office provide false information and they have a huge communication gap. They are very careless and always provide false assurance. I had a very bad experience with my move-out process. I would say better find a good property to live somewhere else.

Highly recommended! Great location- right next to the mall and nearby restaurants. Amanda and Steven assist me with my move-in and everything went smooth! They are so sweet and assisted me with hanging my paintings! Best community ever!!!

I just finished my first year here and signed for another year. It’s a really nice place to live. I really can’t complain. They put on get together almost every week, take care of maintenance stuff when I ask, and are always very nice to me in the office. Overall highly recommend. Go see Seth

They always have dog treats in the office by the coffee machine which makes our morning walks more enjoyable! I love my tall ceilings and the customer service is top notch and my service requests are always completed with a quick response.

I’ve been here 6 months now and all I can say is WOW ! I love that they have weekly yoga class and holiday events at the club house , the community is very beautiful inside and out !! The staff is amazing And attentive !!! I literally do not have anything negative to say . Come see for yourself

I LOOOVE living here! The staff is extremely kind ! They have WEEKLY resident events with food & mixed drinks ! This is a great pet friendly community too ! and did I mention the maintenance staff are amazing too! the grounds are always well maintained and clean! On 2/22/21 my rent posted in the resident portal for March and it did not show the 1-month free special I was to receive. So I called the office and left a VM about my situation. On 2/24/21 after no call back I emailed the office about this item. On 2/25/21 after no response, I called again and left a VM. On 2/26/21 after no response, I emailed again. This time I was followed up with via email that on 3/1/21 I would see the special upload to the portal. On 3/1/21 I logged in to the portal and still did not see the 1-month free. I called the office and left a VM and sent an email asking about this. On 3/2/21 I was emailed back and it was finally applied to my account. On 2/26/2021 my FOB would intermittently stop working. This caused me to be locked out of the parking garage, unable to access the fitness center, and unable to gain access to the building. I put in a work order through the resident portal. The response said to stop in the office on Monday to pick up a new FOB. So for the whole weekend, I could leave my apartment in fear I would be able to get back in the building when I returned. On Monday I went to get my new FOB, figuring it would be ready for me, the office staff wasn't even aware there was supposed to be a FOB ready for me, but they were able to make me a new FOB that day. On the Day getting my new FOB, 3/1/21, I put a work order in, in-person about I noticed my ceiling was discolored after all the rain we had on that weekend. The office staff assured me someone would be out that day to check this issue out. I, unfortunately, do not remember the full timeline for this occurrence with all the emails, VMs, and promised visits missed, but they allowed my roof to stay leaking in my apartment for 2 and a half months. I placed the work order on 3/1/21 and the rain in my apartment didn't stop till 5/12/21! I haven't been able to use my living room for over 2 months because of their neglect and horrible communication. After this, I spoke with someone in the office who apologized for all my inconveniences and told me they would follow up with me later that week about being able to compensate me for this. That was 5/18/21 and I'm still waiting to hear back from you. So, I decided this is not a place I can live anymore and am breaking my lease. It only took 3 emails before they responded about this and lucky me I get to pay 4 months' worth of rent to break my lease from an apartment I haven't lived 1 day comfortably in!!
We recently moved in and I couldnt Be happier with our choice. Great community, very clean and secure. The staff is amazing and our neighbors are extremely friendly!

We just renewed our lease here and are very happy with the place. Our primary complaints are universal to apartment living (noise, neighbors, etc.), basically not items that will change no matter where we go. We have learned to look for the items that truly count when choosing an apartment complex. Those are 1) Good Management 2) Price & Concessions 3) Location and Schools 4) Building & Design. We considered our options with all apartments surrounding us. This was our top choice yet again because the price, design, amenities, schools, staff, and management collectively make this the best deal in Frisco!
