I would look into smaller, more local rental companies before signing a lease with this national corporation. They build apartments that look great in photos that they can get away with over charging you for.

Portland 2534 has been such a pleasure to live in that we have chosen to stay since 2019. The management team is best in industry and personable, empathetic and sensitive. The maintenance team always gets it right and is quick and efficient. Move here to Cortland 2534. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great place for people wanting to live close to the city. Right next to two intersecting highways that'll take you anywhere you need to go in CO. The customer service is incredible. Would say it's a little on the expensive side, but I've still lived here 2.5 years. So it's worth it I think.

Cortland 2534 is an apartment home complex above and beyond my expectations! The office associates are amazing - always welcoming, kind, and professional, willing to help me with any concern or problem. The amenities are great - gym; large, outdoor, all-season pool; hot tub; outside grilling and entertaining opportunities; beautiful grounds with trees, bushes, flowers; and walking paths. The weekly presence of food trucks is fun and very appropriate choices. Overall, a fantastic place to live!

Spacious apartments with new appliances. The management team and maintenance team are very welcoming and respond to any issues in less than 2 days. Hot tub is open year round and the gym has a good variety of equipment and machines to use.

I moved into the complex in 2018 and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartments were well-designed, modern, and perfectly located for my needs — 50 minutes to DIA, close enough to Denver, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley to enjoy all of the arts, sports, and food options I wanted. The property is well maintained and is a place you can be proud to have visitors. The pool, gym, and common area amenities are fantastic. What really sets Cortland at 2534 apart, though, is the people. The maintenance staff is amazing and responsive while the office staff makes it a point to get to know you and accommodate where they can. Special shout-outs to Brittany and Patience who were exceptional throughout my time there. For me, a home is about the people and this staff helps make Cortland feel like home.

Cortland at 2534 provides an apartment that "feels like home" right away! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. The grounds are beautiful with trees or bushes visible out each of my ground floor windows. The amenities of a large workout area, pool and jacuzzi, grills and open areas for gatherings are only part of the benefits provided. I'm fortunate to have found Cortland at 2534.

I love living at the Cortland! My apartment is very spacious and modern. The amenities, including the year-round pool are wonderful. The staff is super nice as well! I only wish there were more free parking spots. Other than that, I really enjoy living here.

I love that the community offers everything in one place; it’s a fantastic location. The apartments are very nice inside, featuring plenty of outdoor lighting. They stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I really enjoy the amenities, and I appreciate that food trucks come by a couple of times a week or month. The staff is great and very welcoming. In my opinion, this is a wonderful place to live.

As a long time resident at Cortland 2534, I recommend it highly! We have lived here since 2019 and have no interest in living in another apartment community. There is no better management team than there is here. In fact, I’m pretty sure there is no management team that is even equal to the one at Cortland 2534. It is what sets this apartment complex apart in my opinion. 5 stars!
Maintenance has always provided excellent service. Many times going above and beyond expectations My complaint is about the appearance of the apartment foyers. It does not look like a high end apartment building. Everyone that is a visitor to my apartment comments about the impression it gives and say they would not live here -and often comment on the lack of security with the doors not having locks.

Cortland at 2534 has been the best for my husband and I. The office staff and maintenance are really nice and all about customer service. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live. We are seniors and our children do not worry about us living here at all. Thank you Cortland.
The amenities are great. The pool and club house are very nice. The landscaping is terrible and no effort seems to go into making the place look nice. Management can be difficult to work with. The stairs inside of the buildings are not properly taken care of when there are spills. Maintenance crew is always nice and completes requests in a timely manner. Overall the property is not worth what you pay in rent.
I had a great experience with the leasing office throughout the whole moving process. The team is very friendly, quick to assist when issues arise, and efficient with the logistics. The complex is clean, safe, and welcoming. The amenities are nice and the apartment is conveniently located next to plenty of places to shop and eat. Patience was a tremendous help in getting me squared away with my new place and any self user errors that occurred. She always answers her phone or gets back in a timely manner. She was very adaptable when my circumstances changed. I can tell the apartment was thoroughly cleaned when I did the walk through with the leasing office which is great. They regularly host social events where residents get to mingle. I toured other apartments around the area and think this is the best bang for your buck.

Since moving to Colorado in 2017 I have moved 7 times between Fort Collins and Denver. Cortland at 2534 takes the cake with the top spot of places I've rented out of. The luxurious living arrangements along with its placement in Johnstown/Loveland so close to restaurants/shopping make it very easy to love, along with the great pricing of a monthly rental rate. The people who work at Cortland are fantastic too and they care about your experience!

Cortland has been good to us. It’s a little pricey for not to big of space but over all, we are happy hear! The management team is great and understanding and great with communication. Maintenance- when requested, is always here the same day or the following and they are always so nice and accommodating. Overall, would recommend Cortland apartments.

We moved here from a previous apartment that was bought out. We ended up having a terrible experience at our last apartment after that, the communication sucked and their customer service was terrible. After moving in here, it was a breath of fresh air. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and spacious, the community is amazing; everyone in the office is so kind and willing to help. They get back to you within an hour or two with any concerns you have which is something we completely lacked at our last apartment. Not to mention they do cute little events for their tenants. We are very happy we moved here and would highly recommend moving here.

This property is definitely one of our favorite places we have lived. The communication and kindness you receive from everyone that works here is outstanding, more so than many other properties in the area. The sense of community, the size and well designed lay out of the apartment and the approachability of the staff is something we have been hoping to find for a long time. Have lived here the last couple of years and it's been great. Amenities are always clean and the pool works here! Location right off I-25 and US34 are very convenient for me as I use those often for work purposes. Great location, great finishes, great amenities and great staff. Couldn't be happier. So far, I'm really liking it here at Cortland. This is my first time living at a Cortland property and it's been great so far. The staff has been friendly and the maintenance staff has been really quick to get work orders done. I've only had to put in a couple of small ones so far but they've been out either same day or the day after to take care of it. Trent, John and Ken are all great maintenance guys and I'm glad to have a good maintenance team. My last apartment it took maintenance two weeks just to switch out a filter for me and longer for some other things so I'm glad the maintenance team here is quick. Only thing I would say I'm not a fan of is how many people don't pick up after their pets here. Otherwise, it's a great place.

Checked around the area before settling down with this complex. Other complex's the staff didn't seem to care much or never even answered their phone for me to schedule an appointment. Cortland has been great in regards to that. They answer the phone when I call and if they don't, they call back usually within the day. They've been very communicative of their application and move in process and the move couldn't have been any easier. So far, I'm loving it here and couldn't be more happy. Great location, great staff, great amenities and an even greater apartment. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want a staff that will take you seriously.

Been here since December 2021. It's been one of the best places I've ever lived. Location is prime being next to 2 highways and lots of shopping stuff nearby. Staff is attentive and friendly. They actually do resident events and they're actually fun. Highly recommend this place!

After coming from a luxury apartment community in Littleton, Cortland has more than I anticipated finding. I have been able to bring my teenagers home for good giving them a safe and beautiful place to live. Despite rising costs of living, it’s worth it living here.

Cortland at 2534 has been a dream! Amazing office staff that even found and returned a lost personal item for me! Fun community events and BEAUTIFUL community areas: a movie room, video game room, business center, pool and hot tub!

Cortland review: I have been renting from Cortland for the last 3 years. The staff has been incredible. Shoutout to Jessie, Brittney, and Patience. They all have been total professionals and great people to interact with. Anytime I have a question or concern they immediately address it. I have absolutely enjoyed living at Courtland. I need to include Trent and his maintenance crew who have also provided excellent service to my apartment.I give Cortland 5 stars + David Maslowski

I've never felt more of a family environment. Everyone communicates and takes care of each other. The leasing office takes care of everything as if it's their own personal agenda. Overall amazing place to live.

We have really enjoyed living at the Cortland at 2534 for over 3 years! They have worked to correct the problems once faced with the previous management company. The amenities have all been improved and they continue to add a better experience such as the Amazon Hub.

We move here from FL and it couldn’t be better. Staff is AMAZING, specially Patience. She helped us trough out the whole process. The apartment was immaculate clean. The area is amazing we have everything and anything around. We couldn’t be happier of our choice.

I love living here at Cortland at 2534. The amenities are top notch and the location is perfect. Super close to I-25 and us-34 which is convenient for my wife and I. The staff is all friendly and very responsive and quick to take care of anything we needed. Occasional resident events which are always fun to have the option to attend.

We really enjoy staying at Cortland apartments here in Johnstown. The amenities are always in great shape and the complex is very good at communicating when certain things, such as the pool, are closed for renovations or quick fixes. We've had a couple issues in our apartment but maintenance shows up same day and they are very helpful in getting your AC or refrigerator running normally again. I've only been here for 2 months, but so far no complaints.

This is an above-average complex managed by an outstanding team. I'd have to say that the staff is better than at any other place I've lived. The apartments are very nice, and the community amenities that I've used are excellent, but comparable features and apartments can be found. I've never before found a management team that cares so much, and takes such good care of residents.
