Centering on the Salt Lake City International Airport, Jordan Meadows sits less than five miles west of downtown Salt Lake City. Primarily an industrial neighborhood dotted with business that support the airport, it manages to provide a thriving cluster of residential, commercial, and retail options concentrated east of Interstate 215.
Residents choose the area for its low rent and home prices, surprisingly robust shopping and dining options, and -- perhaps most important -- its easy access to downtown, the city's public transportation system, and the airport.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cornell Place
Staff here has been great!! Been here for about 3 weeks now and loving it so much! Application process was a bit much and lengthy but overall very satisfied! Things are coming along well!
I apply for an apartment in July, they ask for more money because of my credit and I totally understand that, but now we are in October and I am still waiting for them to tell me when I can move in. I called them last week and they told me after 3 months they are still trying to figure if I can rent an apartment from them or not! Is this a joke? I have a nine-year-old daughter who is really tired to wake up every single day at 5 am to go to school cuz we are currently stating with my parents in Ogden (we both go to school in Slc ) I am so tired of people take advantage of other people who really need a decent place to live.
My friend applied for 1 bedroom apartment on July 22, it is now Aug 30th and every time she calls to see if they have an answer the guy tells her that still on the process of reviewing her paperwork. They also asked her to put a deposit down of $300 to secure a spot, and a $35 fee for application. I am afraid they are taking advantage of this hard worker lady and the ranges of the apartment she applied for are going to be higher because of the wait and slow action, probably on purpose. I just don't have a good feeling about it, it doesn't look or feel respectful to take her money and not processing her application. When calling the manager says he is not in the office, to leave a message but so far he doesn't call back. Please if this is helpful to you, look for a more respectable place to live.
