I absolutely love everything about Core and the team here!!! Maira, Hanaly, and everyone else are outstanding and always taking care of the residents. The building is super clean, the amenities are awesome, the apartments are gorgeous! I just renewed my lease and moved to a bigger apartment and definitely see myself staying here for a very long time :)

Really Poor Experience

Initially our time at Core was good, but over the course of our lease it became awful. The common areas were often unclean, it was not uncommon to find urine from pets in the elevators and trash in the hallways. Keys consistently did not work when accessing common spaces like the gym and storage spaces. When we signed the lease we were told that we would get a parking spot, but instead we were told we had to use an inconsistent valet service that drove the car wrecklessly and scratched my car. When I reported the scratch the management company did little for help me resolve the claim. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I really hate to leave this review, and I will do my best to sound balanced as my overall experiences at this community have been mostly positive up until these last couple of months. The staff is extremely friendly, maintenance does a great job in maintaining public areas, the gym is amazing, the pool is wonderful and love the new coffee machine. However, these last couple of months have been a nightmare. When I initially moved to the building, I was taking over someone else’s lease, and it was on the fifth floor. About three months into my stay, I started noticing silverfish periodically. They would be perched on the walls, and it would happen only a couple of times a week, so I didn’t think much of it. I kept my space clean, and thought nothing of it as it only happened occasionally. Last October, I had the opportunity to move to a higher floor, so I took the offer. Since then, it has been a nightmare. At that point, I started to see them more and more often and recently, several times a day. They are everywhere. Even in my mugs and bowls that are in the cupboard. I asked the leasing desk to send pest control, and they have been here three times over the past two months. The problem has only gotten worse. I can’t event sleep at night. These things are ruining my life and I am now hearing that other residents are having the issue as well. I don’t know what else to do so I’m leaving this review. The problem isn’t getting any better and this is not what an ideal living situation should be.

I'm absolutely blown away by everything that this building offers and hope it'll stay that way. We just moved in and already considering extending the lease when the time comes. The staff is impeccable, the building management is awesome and always on site, amenities are beyond awesome, the location is the best! Up to this point I would have given my resident experience 5 stars but recently after 18 month of having been an exceptional tenant my lease was not renewed due to some adverse information found on a credit report which is not even accurate . I tried to discuss this with management and was told that their decision was final .

Core has been a great place to live. The apartments are nice and so are the amenities. It's in a great area as well. The staff was helpful with a lease situation recently, so I appreciate them for that! Still would have loved self-parking here but I'll take it for what it is.
