Core is a wonderful community! The management is very professional, nice and attentive. The residents are respectful and kind. As a single mother it’s a safe and pristine place to reside. I couldn’t be happier! Shelly O’Neill

I absolutely love everything about Core and the team here!!! Maira, Hanaly, and everyone else are outstanding and always taking care of the residents. The building is super clean, the amenities are awesome, the apartments are gorgeous! I just renewed my lease and moved to a bigger apartment and definitely see myself staying here for a very long time :)

It has been great to live in Core. There are some issues to be solved but the team try to help. Hope the problem will be solved soon. I like the modern interiors of this apartment.

Was one of the first people to move into the building. I love the the access to transit and shops. The residents are pleasant and friendly. We have friendly neighbors surrounding us.

Initially our time at Core was good, but over the course of our lease it became awful. The common areas were often unclean, it was not uncommon to find urine from pets in the elevators and trash in the hallways. Keys consistently did not work when accessing common spaces like the gym and storage spaces. When we signed the lease we were told that we would get a parking spot, but instead we were told we had to use an inconsistent valet service that drove the car wrecklessly and scratched my car. When I reported the scratch the management company did little for help me resolve the claim. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I really hate to leave this review, and I will do my best to sound balanced as my overall experiences at this community have been mostly positive up until these last couple of months. The staff is extremely friendly, maintenance does a great job in maintaining public areas, the gym is amazing, the pool is wonderful and love the new coffee machine. However, these last couple of months have been a nightmare. When I initially moved to the building, I was taking over someone else’s lease, and it was on the fifth floor. About three months into my stay, I started noticing silverfish periodically. They would be perched on the walls, and it would happen only a couple of times a week, so I didn’t think much of it. I kept my space clean, and thought nothing of it as it only happened occasionally. Last October, I had the opportunity to move to a higher floor, so I took the offer. Since then, it has been a nightmare. At that point, I started to see them more and more often and recently, several times a day. They are everywhere. Even in my mugs and bowls that are in the cupboard. I asked the leasing desk to send pest control, and they have been here three times over the past two months. The problem has only gotten worse. I can’t event sleep at night. These things are ruining my life and I am now hearing that other residents are having the issue as well. I don’t know what else to do so I’m leaving this review. The problem isn’t getting any better and this is not what an ideal living situation should be.

I have been living at Core for one year already and I do not regret my choice. It has been a very positive experience for me. The building is clean and quiet and the service is great.

Amazing experience, I love the team, how the building is always clean, The amenities are great, the rooftop pool it’s amazing, gym and everything is always clean.

Things have been pretty good lately at core! A little noisy at times but overall I'm enjoying my stay as of late. I'm looking forward to retail opening... it's been a while waiting for that.

Living in the building has been a very nice experience, the crew is very present in order to help the residents with our issues and makes sure to keep the amenities and common areas very clean! A real pleasure

All the amenities are beautiful. All the staff is very welcoming and Julian was the one who helped us out during the whole process. The roof is amazing.

Just moved into the Core and so far it has been great! The staff were really helpful and supportive. The commute to work and the location all around makes it that much easier for me.

I love my apartment and the amenities. Everything is clean, the maintenance is very quick and easy to request. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Honestly this is the best place I’ve lived in.

Just moved in and very clean and upscale facilities and amazing amenities! Very very happy to be living here with so much to offer and a 5 minute commute to work!!

From start to finish of my move in. This place does nothing but impress. I love everything about this building and the company Bozzuto. They absolutely make sure your happy with their services. I want to renew always I haven’t been here two weeks.

Great place to live at. It has everything I need, especially the parking and the gym. The building is brand new and located in a very nice area. Moreover, it's a very good deal considering how expensive this area is.

The building is always very clean and quiet, as someone who works from home and could not have picked a better apartment than the Core. Not to mention the view from the pool is spectacular!

I simply enjoy every day here. It is so convenient to work, exercise, socialize and relax using the wonderful amenities Core offers. Everything is organized, it’s always spotless clean, the management team is always cheerful and it’s always here to assist if needed. I really like my neighbors, everyone is so nice and polite - it’s a really good community ??

I'm absolutely blown away by everything that this building offers and hope it'll stay that way. We just moved in and already considering extending the lease when the time comes. The staff is impeccable, the building management is awesome and always on site, amenities are beyond awesome, the location is the best! Quiet building which I love since I work from home, the business space is beautiful too. Overall, 100 out of 10!!

Only have one major complaint and that is that I keep missing packages. And it seems that many residents are having the same issue and there has not been proactive steps from management to address this issue.

Up to this point I would have given my resident experience 5 stars but recently after 18 month of having been an exceptional tenant my lease was not renewed due to some adverse information found on a credit report which is not even accurate . I tried to discuss this with management and was told that their decision was final .

Core has been a great place to live. The apartments are nice and so are the amenities. It's in a great area as well. The staff was helpful with a lease situation recently, so I appreciate them for that! Still would have loved self-parking here but I'll take it for what it is.

My experience has been top notch. The staff is very friendly and responsive and maintenance acts quickly and professionally. Moreover the persons who clean and maintain the property are extremely thorough. I appreciate the amenities and the gym as well! I appreciate living in this community

Great building, everyone is very nice and friendly. The building is very clean and has great location. Steps from Douglas Train Station, Traders joe, Milams Market … beautiful rooftop pool with great view.

Living at Core is definitely a unique experience that comes with a very friendly staff and an inviting community. Special recognition to Weeclef, who works as the concierge -- no task is too big or too small for this gentleman to accommodate. A very astute, shrewd, and respectable individual who seeks only to ensure residences' needs are addressed in an efficient, timely manner. Certainly, an invaluable member to the team, and organization.

I love all the amenities it has to offer, and if I ever have any concerns the office team is great very helpful and knowledgeable! I would recommend to anyone.
