We are at the very bottom level and our neighbors upstairs just don’t know how to walk softly and is always waking us up from our sleep. Maybe considering carpet would be nice.

Overall this has been the worst experience I've had renting. Maintenance takes forever. Management says they will handle your issues but it either takes months or doesn't get done at all. When I moved in I took over 70 pictures of issues with the apartment that was supposed to be fully renovated and 4 of them have been addressed in 6 months. I wouldn't refer anyone to move here.

The actual apartment itself is nice, the appliances are pretty good, but good luck getting any sleep especially on the weekends because people are blasting music all day/night long and the exterior of the apartment complex is a mess most of the time. People leave trash on the grass, leave there cars that don't run in spots that I can park in and they have no courtesy for the other residents. It literally says in the lease to not work on cars and blast music let they allow it to happen.

Copperwood apartments have been degraded over this year. Living here, has proven that it is noisy, and unsecure, males walk around buildings at all hours. Residents cannot park at night, and all spots are taken. The pool is overcrowded, people come with large families and friends, breaking the rules. Lately has been noisy, with residents drinking, and partying in the parking lot.

Copperwood used to be a fine place to call home, over the years however both Grey Star and the Management have stopped caring about it all together. You will have a myriad of problems to deal with once moved in and at that point, you’re already on the hook and staff don’t care. We’ve been here for over 4 years now and watched place really go downhill. They most likely won’t publish this, but if they do, just know that this is not the place, find somewhere else.

I would not recommend this community to live in. If management would address and handle the many issues here, it might be a safe place to reside.

Neibhors with costant parties all weekends, noises all day long coming from apartments, residents repairing cars, and no parking available for residents. Police precense on weekends , we wonder why?

Upon moving in, staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they work as a team to ensure that all of your needs are met. The area itself is beautiful with different views out every window. The community is welcoming and friendly. A lot of care goes into this place and is well maintained. I am really happy we moved here.

Copperwood has been a wonderful place to live I will continue to live here as long as the rate stay good until I can afford a home or need to move out of state to be able to afford a home. Copperwood is very good with their community I Love that about them. The grounds are beautiful usually clean (Bad residences) ruin that! The staff is very kind and professional. The only problem I have had living here for three years is the obnoxious annoying disrespectful children and teens. That vandalize and don’t respect property. The new gym is beautiful I’m looking forward to trying it out for the first time. Beautiful pool area, wish there were two!

I've been at the apartment complex for 3 years and have loved living here. It's a great location and the building and landscaping are very nice. I've never had an major issues, and when ever I have brought up something it was always handled quickly and with professionalism. My biggest issue with the complex are the noisy neighbors and lack of parking, but that's not really something anyone can control. I'd live here forever if I could.

Copperwood is a nice place to live, but definitely has some room for improvement. It's a quiet place, despite being located next to two schools and it's always kind of nice to see kids playing on the playgrounds. Management could be a little better at communication, but over all i really do like it here.

Creo que este este es un estupendo complejo de viviendas, ubicado en una zona con un crecimiento acelerado dentro del mercado inmobiliario, lo cuál hace que sea un lugar excelente para vivir. No obstante, considero que el aumento abrupto en el costo de las rentas a mediados de este año 2021, fue un tanto exagerado.
