The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Copperleaf Place Apartments
I live in a 2 bed x 2 bath and absolutely love my apartment! I love the modern finishes and spacious floorplan. But most of all, I love the mountain view from my balcony. The leasing office hosts resident events every month which is so nice, and unlike any other complex I have lived at!
Copperleaf Place Apartments in Fort Collins offer a wonderful living experience that perfectly balances comfort, convenience, and community. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes and high-quality appliances that make living here a true pleasure. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities that Fort Collins is known for. Whether you enjoy a walk in the nearby parks or a night out downtown, everything is just a short drive away. Additionally, the managers and maintenance team are quick and efficient, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. Overall, Copperleaf Place Apartments provide a fantastic living environment for those looking for a peaceful, well-located, and thoughtfully designed home in Fort Collins. Highly recommended!
The property itself is nice but the property management company, Four Star Realty, is the absolute worst I've ever leased with. They forced me to give my notice or re-sign my lease more than 7 months before my lease was up and now they want me to move out 5 days before the end date on my lease. Not to mention that I've already paid for those days. You have to pay a yearly fee to park and you're not even guaranteed a spot. The lot is often full or nearly full by the time I get home from work around 7:15. They have charging stations for EVs but you have to pay 3X as much to park there. Also, they will force you to use their internet provider and it goes down frequently. Very frustrating.
Amenities are nice and liked that we saw the unit we would be moving into. You will hear your upstairs neighbors. Tenants do not care about the “quiet” hours. There is not consistent monitoring of the lot. There are often still cars parked without a pass.
This apartment complex is decently priced for the area it is in. High Ceilings make apartments seem more spacious which is great. During the tour we were told the complex had great insulation and would be virtually impossible to hear the neighbors. This however is not the case as we are awoken almost everyday at five am by upstairs apartment. Gym is also supposed to be sound proof but is not, which creates problems for people working out as well as the people surrounding the facility area. Have also had packages stolen as office refuses to hold mail if out of town, working, etc.
