We can't thank you enough for taking the time out of your day to shout out one of our outstanding team members! This exceptional rating lets us know we're reaching our goals of providing wonderful experiences here in our lovely community. Please feel free to reach out if you ever need anything at all. Have a terrific day!
I have lived here only 6 months. I have had a leak under my floor that is hot water heated from the electricity I pay for. I have had on site maintenance come 3 times with no notice and outside maintenance 2 with no notice. I guess they are okay with waiting to fix something when it doesn’t cost them money. The mailbox was broken into and I had to drive to the post office every day to get my mail for 4 month just because they can’t repair a door. The gate is broken at least 3 times a month. The doors for people to walk through are left unlocked all the time and we have had problems with drug users coming in and sleeping in the laundry room. They say they hired security after talking about it for two months but I never see them. I wish I would have lived somewhere else.

Hi there. We apologize for your experience and have welcomed your feedback and discussed your concerns with our team. We are aware the mailboxes were fixed a few weeks back and understand our maintenance team has since inspected and provided an update on having your concerns resolved. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Community Manager at (844) 284-6158. We hope to hear from you.
I scheduled a tour of this property today for today. The appointment was confirmed in a few minutes, but when I arrived there was just a note that the offices were closed. I waited several minutes after the confirmed time and no one showed. The number on the front door is for an unrelated business. The number on here and Google gets you to an automated system, that if you follow the prompts just disconnects you.
Property Manager at The Selene, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We recently took over the community as new management and look forward to the exciting changes ahead. We'd love the opportunity to improve your review. If you have any suggestions please do not hesitate to stop by the front office and let us know what we can do. I hope that we can resolve any issue that you experienced.
AC units in ceiling are terribly loud, thin walls, many homeless people in the area. Sketchy residents that blare their car stereos. The ‘utilies’ they add onto the rent each month are around $85, $125 my last 1/2 month, so they kept my whole $200 deposit. The managers are nice, maintenance guys are good and apartment was large and clean, but the complex is about 50 years old and it shows.
I've been living here since 2019 when it was Copper Palms. It was just bought and re-branded to "Tides on Cave Creek." Since then, what a disaster. No one is available at the front desk. Hope you enjoy leaving voicemails that never get returned. (Bring back Vanessa!) they removed the portal to submit work orders and pay rent. I have a few months left before my lease ends and do not see myself paying these ridiculous costs for what you are getting.
I lived at copper palms for six years. Its a Nice small and quiet community. I've seen a few management changes in my time there. The current being the best! The office staff are always polite and friendly and always ready to help or fix any situation. Like any apartment community there will be problems but they truly do there best to work it out to the best for everyone. After being there so long I decided it was time for a new adventure and moved, however after moving and seeing How my new place is being ran and how it has now taken over a month to fix things that were not ready at move in nor were they fix with any urgency. I know that copper palms would have handeld my concerns immediately. And in a much more professional manner . I wish I never moved
From the very beginning, management has worked with us well. Maintenance is always on top of things as well. The management does stuff to make it more of a community. We live in a 2 bed 1 1/2 and the price is very good for what you get. Highly recommended place to inquire about.
This community is great, very family friendly in a nice quiet neighborhood. The leasing office is very friendly and willing to help out when needed. The only thing I wish was updated or maintained more often was the AC units, they are very old which can cause larger AC/Electric bills through APS. But overall it is a very friendly and quiet complex.
Copper palms in Phoenix, AZ is a great complex me and my girlfriend share a one bedroom and have no complaints or anything negative to say about copper palms
