If you move here promise you it would be a nightmare within the first two months.
You have your tag on your car or not. Your car will get told. Maintenance is never available. It will take over 2 years for you to get anything fixed. They will put your information out for everybody to see. They do not have Dropbox, so if they send you information saying that you need to have something by lesson the next day and the same day you are works. So you cannot make it guess what? You will be in trouble because they do not have a Dropbox.The mailbox are always getting broken into. Your car is constantly being told whether you have your tag on it or not. His place is a nightmare. This four star is a lie.

Very nice apartment!
I moved in about two months ago and am very happy with the apartment. It is really nice and spacious with good quality cabinets, fixtures and appliances. The complex is quiet enough and even the traffic from the highway right behind is not particularly a bother. Overall, a great value in a great location.

Just moved in but so far it has been great. Neighbors are polite, it is very quiet, smooth move in. Apartment is nice, a little smaller than where I came from, a little more storage would be helpful. Generally a nice, solid apartment. A little better detail cleaning before move in would be the only thing (vents, switches, couple cabinet doors and knobs). Property looks well maintained, trash areas are not piled with junk like some apartments.

The overall process was great, Sam has been really kind worked with me on any questions I had. I would of given 5 stars if the condition of the unit itself was move in ready. Dirty with cosmetic issues but there’s been no hot water. Inconveniences at most though overall happy with things so far.

This place is INFESTED with roaches and other bugs and mold. The master bedroom never had any heat even in the winter months and we were forced to sleep in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom smells like mold after awhile! They promised that they would clean out the vents but never did. They randomly put an extra “garbage fee” charge halfway through our lease which would’ve been fine if they actually took the garbage. Garbage would be sitting there for days. It’s right near the train tracks where they are homeless ppl just roaming around, I did not feel safe just walking around the complex. Our car was broken into twice just in the first year! The gate was NEVER closed which allowed for randos and to just enter the complex! They never give just access to the gym and changed the locks they went on for almost a year so we only had access to the gym when the office was open. They refused to take back the keys early when and insisted on taking it on the day our lease ended which was in the middle of the week when we have work and live almost 2 hrs away from that location. All around not the greatest place to live. Spend your money elsewhere!

Great unit with all new appliances. The valet trash is a great service and the place is very quiet. A couple of cons are the amount of potholes throughout the complex, but I guess that comes with the weather. Also, there is a bunch of mosquitos throughout the complex. Especially in front of every door. Otherwise, great place to be!

While i loved it when i first moved here, the quality has slowly gone down. Cars constantly going off outside, problems with my auto-pay even though i double checked my bank, homeless population and racoons continue to go through the dumpsters. Gates are always open so what's the point of them/advertising it as a gated community. Overall loud and sub-par quality for how much you're paying. It's ok as a transition for finding a better place but not as a long-term rental, have found much better places since getting here for only a little bit extra.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. Roaches left and right and the other people living here can attest to that. They still haven’t fixed that problem. When there was a huge issue in our apartment, it took them months to handle that. We had to share one room paying full rent. If you want to live in a miserable place then this is for you.

For the time I have been here and the closeness to my work this has been a great place to live. WIth all the snow and the inability for the area to be shoveled before I had to be at work it hasn't been al that great. Still waiting for the fire extinguisher to be replaced. The gates on my side of the complex has worked maybe 7 days in a row. It has not been working most of the time I have lived here.
