I just moved in 8/10/21 and I want to commend Terri and Sandy on their professionalism and smiles when I arrived. I called 2 months prior and immediately placed my down payment to hold as I know how hard it is to get in here. I never viewed the apartment prior to moving in as I trusted the reviews and the photos. When I tell you how much I feel in love with this apartment and community immediately. Is an understatement. Back to Sandy and Terri, they are genuinely pleasant and welcoming with a smile to a new resident as myself. The few things that needed attention was handled with urgency. All in all I could not be happier to be a resident here and feel I will be amongst the already longtime residents.

I moved in 3 months ago and love my apartment and neighbors. Terrie and Sandy are so sweet.

I absolutely love it here… This is my home and has been for 14 years! Terrie is a caring compassionate Mgr and our maintenance dept (Chris) and his crew are efficient, and friendly caring people. Quiet complex, great neighbors and highly recommend anyone to live here. Clean and well taken care of. 5 stars.

I have Lived here for a year and I am about to sign my first renewal. This is the quietest property I ever stayed in. I don’t plan on moving. Great location and my neighbors are so friendly. Management staff is very courteous.

After having lived here for decades I decided to move, only because I felt I needed a change. Change isn't always good! Within a month's time Terrie the manager made room for me to return. For this I will always be grateful. While I never spent a moment here in fear there was never a moment at the new place when I was free from fear. Whether you are single or a family rest assured you can find a lovely safe place home here at Copper Chase. With Terrie in the office and Chris in maintenance all of your needs will be met in a beautiful and safe environment.

I moved in about a month ago, and I'm glad I did. The property looks great and the grounds seem well-tended. My apartment feels spacious and I enjoy all the natural lighting. Neighbors are friendly, it's a quiet neighborhood. The few maintenance requests I've had to put in were addressed quickly and completely. However, it's the communication that really seals the deal for me. Any questions or concerns I've had were addressed quickly and kindly, and I even received phone calls just to let me know that maintenance was coming out to work on my request. It feels like I'm being taken care of. I'm happy to come home here.

I’ve lived here around 1year and thoroughly love my apt home. No residence is without occasional issues. Maintenance (Chris) has been awesome and prompt with simple repairs and goes above and beyond with personal requests. My experience with front office staff has been pleasant, my questions and/or concerns have been responded to promptly and professionally. Terrie has been accommodating and always offers to assist with little things (to enhance living experience). Lastly, the location is the best. There are so many amenities nearby which makes the quality of life here that much better.

Been here a few years and have never wanted to move. There have been other managers but Terrie has been the best. She always has been kind to me and has been supportive on a personal level. She gets the job done fast if there are any repair issues. I also appreciate that there is not s constant stream of people moving in and out. People stay for a good reason.

Terrie pressures the residents to leave good reviews.This is the absolute worse place I’ve lived. The move-in day was a huge disappointment due to filthy conditions this apartment was in. Dirty ceiling fans, hair inside the refrigerator, lots of hair on the floor. I had to clean the restroom 7 times to get rid of the long strands of hair. The toilet had waste(dookie) inside as if no one ever cleaned it. I was so disgusted and ashamed to even call this place our home. The refrigerator had a terrible odor and a leak that caused the entire apartment to smell. The front office took over 6 months before they even decided to replace it with a new refrigerator. My son’s closet did not have doors nor a rack to hang his clothes for months. Now there’s a strong mildew ordor that’s causing my family to have headaches and nothing was ever done and I’m 4 months pregnant.Sandy doesn’t listen and talked over us instead of trying to find a resolution to our concerns. Terrie threaten to call the constable just to come inside my apartment to conduct walk through against my will while we’re working from home and we are less than two weeks away from moving out of this place. They’ve never addressed our maintenance concerns regarding the mildew odor.Please don’t waste your time and money. Their ratings are fabricated and the front office ladies are beyond rude/unprofessional. Sandy talked over us and doesn’t listen to our concerns. Terrie begs for good reviews, but doesn’t take care of here residents.There’s sewage water and mold in-front of my apartment right now and I promise you it ain’t going anywhere.

Been here over 5 years. I've always felt safe here. About a year ago they put in extra security on door locks. Maintenance (Christopher) is prompt and is very knowledgeable, fixed an AC issue very quickly. Terrie and staff have always been here for me. All the neighbors have been considerate and friendly. So glad I was recommended this Home!!!

I am a huge fan of customer service. You will most definitely receive the highest level of customer service here! The manager and office staff are amazing. I highly recommend living here.

I moved in over this past weekend and I can’t ask for a better community. Very spacious, nice upgrades, I love my garage, management is punctual and not to mention, this location in Arlington is the best. It feel like we are living in a well kept, friendly and quiet subdivision. All of my neighbors I’ve met so far have lived here for several years.

just renewed my lease for another year..copper chase apts has been good to me in so many ways...great office staff..very good maint...clean grounds and quiet place..what else could i ask for.

Property staff are all great and handle issues in a timely manner. Staff is also very friendly. It’s a quiet complex and honestly I have no real complaints. I have loved living here for 5 years!

I love this place and you will too. This place is great! I have lived here 4 years. All the 5 star ratings are true. These units were originally built as Condos that got converted to Apartments. They feel more like a home than an apartment. They have 9 ft ceilings with crown molding. There is fully mirrored wet bar with glass shelves for displaying the goods. There is a wood burning fireplace with full mantel. It has a large walk in closet in the second bedroom. The master has a double wide mirrored deep closet opposite the double vanity full walled mirror. This makes the room appear very large. I got my full sized washer and dryer in here right across from the kitchen.The covered patio out back overlooks a wooded area. The grounds here are really nice and well maintained, like everything else. Maintenance is responsive and excellent. There is an open floor plan. And if you get the upstairs unit, you get a huge walk-in closet as wide as the master and 5 ft deep. Plus there is a full size garage. This is more than a place to live, it is a home.

Relocated from Michigan 4 months ago and was put on a wait list at Copper Chase for a 2 bed with a garage. It sure was worth it. Place is really quiet. Lawn looks good and no trash anywhere. Met my neighbors, she said she has lived here for 16 years! Really nice people. I think this will be my home for many years to come.

I've lived here for about 5 years now. I'm very happy here. Nice staff, work orders completed quickly, grounds always kept up and friendly neighbors.. I would recommend it to everyone.

I AM A NEW TENANT AND I ALREADY LOVE THIS PLACE! MY TWO BEDROOM TWO BATH IS REALLY SPACIOUS AND THE COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL!

I just moved in a month ago and absolutely made the right move! The staff and maintenance are amazing! We sold our home and are now "empty nesters". The garage really comes in handy. It's so nice and quiet. The neighbors are so friendly! The manager told me they are going through a major exterior renovation in a couple of months! I have already referred to of my co-workers here. They always have a wait list. I waited 2 months before I could move in. It was well worth it!

You will not find a better place to live. Most that live here stay and stay. Very quiet and mature area. Staff is great here.

Cute apartment! EXTRA touches like crown molding, framed doorways, very large closets and nice size rooms. I have a large, oversize patio, washer/dryer connections and a terrific wet bar! A garage is an added bonus and the management here seals the deal, very attentive and quick to respond.
