Concord Crystal City

I have been living in this apartment for a while, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, which creates a comfortable and pleasant living environment. The common areas, hallways, and facilities are kept tidy on a regular basis, and the management clearly puts effort into ensuring that residents have a hygienic place to live. Another highlight is the staff. They are always warm, friendly, and very helpful. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, the staff responds promptly and efficiently, making the entire living experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The only minor issue I have noticed is that at night there seems to be a low-frequency humming sound coming from somewhere. I am not exactly sure where it originates, but fortunately, it is not very loud and does not affect my sleep.

Love living here, everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is like 15-20 min walk from the metro station, but there’s a bus stop right across the street.

Fantastic location, amenities aplenty, indoor pool, loungs, business ctr, rooftop that has a great view of DC. Staff are amazing - helpful, kind, always coming up with fun activities! Apts are ample with huge walkin closets! You must check out Concord!

I’ve had a really positive experience moving into my new apartment! The transition was smooth, and everything was ready and clean when I arrived. The space feels comfortable and welcoming, and I’m already enjoying settling in and making it my own. The building staff have been friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood has a great vibe. Excited for this new chapter!

Clean, w comfortable and accessible seating for guests and neighbors at our main entrance. Staff are pleasant, attentive and responsive. Many community events that are well managed and provide opportunities to meet our neighbors and staff.

We just moved in. The leasing office was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We started feeling at home immediately. The building is very clean and very-well kept. The amenities are just amazing. The apartment we moved in is in a perfect condition. We hope that our life here will be filled with joy and happiness

The leasing office team always greets me with a smile and truly makes me feel like a valued resident. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I love the thoughtful touches like secure package lockers, beautifully landscaped grounds, and regular updates from management. The amenities are top-notch — the gym is well-equipped, the pool area feels like a mini resort, and the resident events help build a strong sense of community. My apartment itself is modern and spacious, with lots of natural light and quality finishes. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and updated kitchen appliances.

Concord is a great place to live with amenities that I frequently use. The sauna and indoor pool is a bonus attraction to the gym and frequent community events. It is a very resident-oriented place to live.

I enjoy living at the Concord! They have frequent events, a 24 hour concierge desk and great amenities. I can hardly ever hear my neighbors, too! Only lost a star because its a 15 min walk to the metro, but there is a metro bus that picks you up right outside and drops you off if you catch it!

Good location and safe neighborhood. Good size apartments, nice courtyard, gym, pool. Great parking garage. Access to Mt Vernon Trail and Waterfront Park.

We love it here! The staff are wonderful and always so sweet to my dog. Maintenance comes quickly for any requests. Beautiful units. I love the free guided fitness classes, and the resident events are great and generous with food. Older reviews will probably mention elevator issues - as of 2025 that is not a problem anymore.

The apartment has a wonderful view lots of room for my wheelchair most important the rent is reasonable for this area. when we need maintenance o something is broken they fix it very quickly

Everything has been great in the last 5 months. Love how the walls and ceilings are sound proof. Wish the community/workout calendar is integrated in their Ivy Rewards app or somewhere online instead of just a printed copy at the elevators and front desk. With summer coming, the trash chutes are starting to stink up the surrounding area…

It’s been a pleasure living at Crystal Concord Apartments. The units are well-maintained and come with great amenities that I regularly use, including the pool, sauna, and fitness center. They also host a variety of monthly community events, which add a nice touch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, making it an even better living experience.

Great place to live, with nice amenities and a convenient location. The management team handles any issues promptly. I'm really enjoying the courtyard this spring. It's such a peaceful space to relax and unwind.

Overall good experience. The HVAC is noisy, the walls are thin, you’ll hear typical city noises, but as far as apartments go, it’s good. We’re moving because the increase in rent/larger apartments are too expensive for what you get.

We just moved in, but were very pleased with the level of service from the Concord Crystal City staff. The team is attentive and obviously very well trained! The community seems to have lovely residents and is very quiet throughout the day. Amenities are a nice plus, and the location can't be beat! Thank you for a wonderful move-in experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The community feels safe and well-maintained. I love the convenient location and access to the airport and nearby shops. Our apartment is spacious and well-designed. The on-site amenities like the pool and gym are great, including the massage room ( my favorite). We appreciate the community events that the property management organizes, and we feel very safe walking around the neighborhood at night.

Great building. Overall very good staff. Sometimes too frequent maintenance requests and not good timing on coming i.e. weekend mornings. But overall recommend.

Absolutely love it! Hands down best apartment building. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are great. The roof has a fantastic view of Washington DC!

This building, its amenities, and its team are exceptional. The only downside I can mention is the interior of the units. In our unit, even the bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling light, nor is there any wiring for one. Additionally, the northern-facing units endure a lot of noise due to traffic on the bridge and passing trains, which could have been mitigated with better or thicker windows. The kitchen cabinets and appliances, such as the dishwasher, are quite outdated and not in ideal condition.

I was very excited to move to this place as it is located in a safe and convenient location. The amenities are absolutely amazing, and I am super excited to use them whenever I get the chance! Everyone, including the concierge and all the staff are very helpful and kind.

The maintenance team here has been amazing they are quick and work on requests right away. The individuals who also clean off the sidewalk outside because some of my neighbors are to lazy to walk their dogs are great as well. I appreciate them so much and the concierge staff.

Overall, this has been a great apartment with just a few concerns. Jasmine, Justine, and the entire team have been phenomenal—always responsive, fast, and friendly. The amenities are impressive: a pool, gym, yoga room, sauna (though it doesn’t seem to get hot), clubhouse, rooftop views, and more. The hallways and public spaces are consistently clean, which adds to the pleasant living experience. The location is also a major plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, there are a few drawbacks. Rooms adjacent to the trash chute can occasionally smell unpleasant. The water in the shower doesn’t get hot, only warm, which can be inconvenient. During the winter, one room (corner apartment) seems significantly colder than the others, even when the heaters are on. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience has been positive, and the team’s excellent service makes a big difference.

Our experience with the staff has been exceptional across the board. We just signed another lease to keep us here for a total of 3.5 years. We enjoy the location and amenities.

Great move-in experience! There was an issue with the parking pass that was solved immediately by the concierge and leasing office staff! Extremely friendly staff and beautiful space! Amazing amenities including enclosed pool and saunas :)

Walls are thin but staff is helpful and welcoming, neighborhood is safe and accessible, and building is very clean. I hate that I have to pay for parking and an amenity fee but both are very clean.

Concord has been such a great place to live! The amenities are nice and everything is well taken care of. All of the staff are so lovely and make it feel like coming home everyday.

The Concord staff are great. The concierges and leading office make a point to remember the residents and the maintaince is always quick to respond. The Concord has a real sense of community!

The Concord is a beautiful building with great amenities. It is the cleanest building I have ever lived. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement are the apartments are a little dated and the walls are extremely thin. Otherwise a wonderful place to live.

Love calling Concord my home. The location, staff, amenities and service. Everything. My only concern is with the rent increase each time I have to renew my lease. It deters renters from establishing stability. It would be good if the leasing staff came up with better/more cost effective lease renewals. That is if they truly believe in building a consistent and stable community, like they claim.

I really like living here. The staff is great and I love the amenities, especially having an indoor pool and fitness classes. The location is also great, it's easy to get anywhere.
