I LOVE living at Concord Apartments. It's safe and family oriented community. I moved there over 1 year and half ago. I must say, it has been one of my BEST decision I have made. I LOOOOOOOOVE my apartment. It's bright, has lots of windows, very comfortable, and the office workers, along with the maintenance staff, make one great, very efficient and caring team. I highly recommend moving to this community.

Concord is a wonderful place to live! It is such a step up from other apartments, especially the management. They actually care for you and take their job seriously. Beautiful and safe place to live. Small community with friendly, and respectful neighbors. ALL staff are PHENOMENAL!!! The ladies in the office and maintenance crew make a GREAT team. Overall the staff was extremely helpful. That doesn’t take away from the fact that the renters insurance submission has been an absolute headache because of how specific they want it written. On top of the fact that the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned like I was told it would be and we were welcomed with a slew of issues from broken doors, unconnected water lines to washers, dust coating the floors. It’s amazing because it’s been just little things on top of little things that have made this experience quite frustrating given what I have paid to live here.

Concord has been an excellent choice for living during my life transition. The apartment itself is very spacious with an incredible outdoor space that I use all year round, and the bedrooms are a great size. I love that the master has 2 closets!. Because I downsized from a family home, I also really appreciated the availability of a garage.The location is perfect. It is close to the airport without the noise, close to downtown without the business, and also in walking distance to beautiful Greenway trails that lead to Umstead park. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They know my name and love when my dogs stop by for a visit. Overall, I have been very happy here, and plan to extend my lease at least once more while I figure out my newfound emptynesting.

It’s more of a quiet space for your home life - very few issues and even when there are management swiftly handles any situation effectively and quickly. Parking is easy and very accessible to anything you may want or need.

I moved from out of state and signed the lease without ever seeing the apartment. The leasing staff was super helpful and answered all my emails in a timely manner. I chose these apartments because at the time they were the most affordable, but now not so much. The community is pretty quiet and in a nice location. That’s definitely the biggest pro of the complex. They’re definitely older apartments with super thin walls. I would recommend you live on the third floor because you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes and the showers are super creaky. I did have issues with bugs when I first moved in. The exterminators don’t come to your apartment unless you request them to come spray. Maintenance is amazing! They respond to requests and make repairs quickly. Most my requests have been completed within 24 hours of me putting it in.

Touring and applying to Concord Apartments was very easy and management got back to you very quickly. I like that this is a smaller apartment complex which makes it a lot more quiet and enjoyable. Besides the creaking floors and tub, this place is pretty nice to live in and the rental rate is great in this area. Maintenance responds and attends to work requests very promptly. I recently moved in and I have no major qualms about the place. It’s also a plus that it’s close to my job too!

The apts are average definitely not a top notch community. Mice in most apts, squirrels live in the structure of the apts so they make noise all night long. The windows don't open, they are filthy & molded. The trash at the compactor sometimes is lined up all weekend long. They have not done 1 single upgrade since I have lived here in 3 years. There are lots of empty apts here this is why.

Concord is an average apartment complex, and they seem okay with just that. I can't remember the last time they repainted or pressure washed the buildings to give it a better look. The car wash area is run down and has no vacuum hose like other apartments in the area. The best part about living in concord is that it's quiet, in the cut and not far from a lot of things.

Do not live at this apartment complex. This is the worse complex I have lived in. We moved in with dirty floors, bugs everywhere, the apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke and the water in one bathroom stayed hot for all of 5 minutes. There is a mice problem even though our apartment is kept very clean and tidy.

I truly enjoy living at the concord. The apartment layout is excellent, the balcony is huge. The complex itself is nice to drive into each day. Maintenance responds very quickly with any problem. The locked package drop off is excellent. I would recommend living here.

The property is clean and well maintained. They’ve been actively doing renovations and little touch-ups since we moved in. North Carolina is notorious for bugs but we’ve been lucky in that we’ve only seen them a handful of times since living in this apartment, and when we had the pest control guys come round it took care of the uptick in appearances during the warmer season. My little guy loves the pool, I love the gym and the grill station with the fireplace (I’m assuming it’ll be available for use during the cooler months). If I’m being completely honest here, I have lived in North Carolina for six years, I’ve rented several places, and I have never been as happy with where I live, with where my money is going every month, as I am here. Our place is small, but it’s beautiful and perfect for us and has everything we need. Our girls in the office and our maintenance team have been more than accommodating and helpful from the day we moved in. I feel blessed being here. For the first time in a long time, I love being HOME. Thank you all for that.

I have lived in Concord for over 3 years. The location is convenient to work, school and many shopping areas. Also, close to the highways and not far from downtown Raleigh.

Parking spaces outside of my building are small. I have to call multiple times to get a phone call answered. New manager seems to "Do" her job, not love her job. A year round pool would be nice.

They don’t care guys. They do not care. They are here for a check thats it. You present concerns to them. They will lie in your face and act like they care and the next day its like you never even spoke to them. I cant wait till this lease is up.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Love the convenience of having shopping options so close. The layout of the apartment is nice as well.

I love my community. I feel safe and management is very helpful and always available when you need them.
Beautiful location, very clean grounds and buildings, painting all very fresh inside and out. Great fitness center and package center. Really like mailboxes in actual building. Very pet friendly, close to lots of trails and parks. Near my job at the hospital, easy commute.
Concord is a nice apartment complex, but so far I haven't experienced anything that sets them apart from the average to below average complexes I have looked at in the area other than the large apartmentI have, but so far the living experience has been "okay."
Do not waste your time looking at this place. From the moment we were supposed to move in there were problems. The office didnt even have our move in date correct and we were told wed have to wait an additional 2 weeks to get into the apartment (which we werent even allowed to see in person anyways). There have been several maintenance issues and all its been is a hassle having to spend multiple days sitting around and waiting for the maintenance crew to show up. The amenities are almost always closed and the pool is always shut down for unknown reasons. The office staff, besides one guy, are not very friendly and are almost never available to assist with over the phone matters. Phone line is forever busy. Youd be better off going to any other apartment complex.
This has been a nice quiet place to live, and maintenence has been good. The biggest downside was that, after year one, a rent rate increase of nearly 18% was proposed. Although the office was willing to work with us and drop that down to a 10% increase, I don't know if another 10% or more is justifiable. At that price point we may as well be in a house with a yard of our own.

8 months out of 2018 I had to deal with mice in TWO DIFFERENT APARTMENTS! They transferred me to a different apartment on the opposite side of the community bc they couldn't get rid of the mice (yes, multiple) from my first apt. And you'll never believe that there was a mouse issue in the new apt too! They tried to tell me I was the only resident who had a mouse issue. They lied. I spoke with multiple residents and a maintenance man that all confirmed I was NOT the only resident with a mouse issue. They refused to let me break my lease and tried to offer me only $200 for the inconvenience of sharing my apartment(s) with mice!!! Which I did not accept. Smh they have finally agreed to let me break my lease without penalty. I'm excited to start 2019 in a new community.
Concord Apartment Homes is a wonderful place to live. I have lived in three different units in the 3 and half years I have lived at the complex. It's a safe area, and is very conveniently located close to Crabtree mall and various shopping centers and crocery stores. Its only 15 minutes from RDU International Airport. And is relatively low cost compared to other complexes. I Feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place to live in the heart of Raleigh and be able to flourish.
